No customer service and slow, suspicious service
I looked at Trustpilot before ordering from this company for the first time but I did not have a great experience. I ordered my goods on 1st February with estimated delivery 4-14 February. I emailed the company around 7th Feb to ask when it would be posted. No response I called and left a message on the afternoon on 11th Feb to chase. Again, no response. Waited to 16th Feb then submitted a claim with my credit card to cancel the payment since no response or goods received and surprise, surprise, about an hour later they emailed to say they would now send the goods. Seems like they would just take payment and not send you the goods unless you complain via your credit card company, so not a great experience.
