If I could give zero stars I would!! On December 13, 2022, I ordered a 24v electric kid's car for my daughter. I ordered the pink colored 24V 2-Seater XXL UTV ($899.00) with an additional replacement battery ($97.00). I received a 24V 2-seater UTV-2000neW (item #J0032). This is not the same electric kid's car that was listed (pictures & description) on their website. It doesn't look anything like the picture of the item on their website that I originally ordered. I looked it up online and found a picture of an AKOYO 24v UTV (cheap Chinese knock-off) which is what I received. Additionally, this thing does not have the following items which were described on their website: a touchscreen MP3, 4-wheel suspension (there is plastic trying to imitate springs glued to the body and no battery. I also never received the $97 replacement battery that I ordered and paid for. I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with receiving a substandard knock-off product instead of what I ordered. Especially right before Christmas. Lastly, I have emailed this business three times trying to get resolution to my problem with no response from the business. I also tried calling but they have a recording that said they were not answering the phones due how busy they are during the holidays.

My son’s car broke after 3 hours of drive-time. I attempted to contact R&G Toys (electrickidcars.com) however their voicemail states that they “are not accepting phone calls due to high volumes during the holiday season”. What a joke, I called them on 1/13/23! I emailed their customer service team on 1/13/23, 1/18/23, 1/26/23. It is really sad that a “USA based company” and its owners feel no remorse scamming people who try to purchase gifts for their children. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

HORRIBLEEEE COMPANY!!! I have contacted them 4 times now with no response. We purchased 2 of the 24v electric go karts. One had a broken pedal and the other one was clearly used and has some sort of DANGEROUS mechanical issues (it won't power up and then when it does just goes out unexpectedly intemittingly). THIS IS DANGEROUS. My twins are 6 years old and their faulty go karts have put my kids in DANGER. And, they have a lame automated recording about being "busy due to the christmas season" .........UH IT IS ALMOST FEBRUARY. LIARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have received an email with the company “rebranding” themselves as Ryder Toys. Also if you dig into the website you can see their company address and when I look at it on Zillow it’s a dumpy house in San Diego. The previous address on electrickidcars.com had an address that was a crappy 1 bedroom apartment in San Diego. They are CLEARLY SCAMMERS. Please don’t buy from them!!!

I have also contacted the BBB and filed a complaint. Everyone who has had crappy experiences should do the same.

Customer service nonexistent. Kid’s 24v buggy had multiple issues with in 45 minutes of light driving. Buggy completely stopped working. They sent the buggy but could care lease if it works I guess. Wouldn’t recommend buying from electrickidcars.com

No communication after purchasing and receiving a broken, non-functional vehicle. Total waste of $800+. Extremely shady business… does not show all reviews on their page, only their personally approved reviews. Misleading and unprofessional. Do not waste your time or money like we did!!

Delivered without rear axle. Thought it was a simple mistake. Now they don’t respond to calls or emails. This car $900 car is not drivable in its condition. Company is doing nothing to correct. Will remove this review if they send me rear axle.

I was excited to find the perfect electric car for my child after extensive searching. I ordered from R&G or electrickidcars.com and it was in plenty of time for their delivered by Christmas deadline. I got a nice email after my purchase, thanking me for supporting a small family owned business.
Fast fowrard, on Dec 20th in the evening, I got a cancellation email stating my order was cancelled due to unforseen circumstances.
I was so upset that I didn't get a phone call, a personal email to offer me a back-up item, etc. Nothing. I tried contacting them to see if there were other options - no response whatsoever.
If you care about customer service and responsiveness, do not use this company.
Meanwhile, I desperately contacted other companies and got a very prompt response from cartots.com. They have the same car and worked w/ me and I'm getting the car by Friday before Christmas. They were responsive, helpful and truly cared about helping me with my order. Use them instead!

Bought a go kart from them a few months ago. Arrived in a few days and everything worked great. My son loved it! My son broke a component of the go kart and they sent replacement free of charge! Awesome customer service!!
