First time leasing used
I have never leased a used car before, but the offering from ECS is pretty solid being an 'all inclusive' type package. With maintenance etc thrown in there aren't really any concerns with the car being out of warranty. I am very happy with the vehicle I chose, one thing I would advise is if you see a car you like on the website don't spend too much time thinking about it - I missed a couple of alternative options trying to make my mind up. If you reserve the car you are not obligated to take it up until your agreement is signed, so it buys you some time and takes it off the site and secured for you. Many thanks to Riccardo for processing my order and dealing with my questions.

Hiring Company Engagement
I can honestly not recall experiencing the level of service I recently received from Jagg at ECS.
I am planning to use my lease vehicle abroad and despite requesting permission a number of weeks ago, I had not received a response from the hiring company.... cue Jagg!
After several failed attempts to contact the hiring company, I raised this with ECS in the hope that they could support and can honestly say that without Jaggs endeavour and the willingness to take ownership of the issue, I would probably be in a position where my travel plans would be in jeopardy.
Jagg owned this from the point of raising to the resolution, whilst proactively communicating status updates where applicable.
My family and I are truly grateful to Jagg!!!

honestly one of the worst companies ive had to deal with. dont answer emails when main contact is on holiday, lied about stock being available and being able to hit timing i needed i assume all to push the sale through. forced to use them due to my company using them

I can see that you emailed Chris on the evening of the 21st of July and after seeing Chris's out of office, you forwarded your email to our Support Team. My colleague Mehdi did reply on at 9:30am on the 22nd of July but it would appear this response hasn't reached you. We apologise if this resulted in you feeling we had let you down.
Jay has confirmed that you are happy with the level of service you have received from Chris and that since your review we have confirmed that your vehicle is on track with the originally ETA.
We will of course keep you updated should there be any changes to your order.
I do want to ensure that our wider audience know that it is not mandatory for employees to use the salary sacrifice scheme, it is an employee benefit that is optional. Employees can still seek alternative options privately if they want too.

We have been using the Electric Car Scheme for around 18months now. Having received a few vehicles from them now I must say there Customer Service is second to none. You have your own dedicated accounts manager who is only a phone call away to help you out with any issues. Lewis was very helpful, diligent and patient as he explained the options and services available to me. The only issue was the original date window provided for delivery of the car was substantially earlier than the actual delivery which was very disappointing.
