The unit arrived in good time & product seemed fine. However, the fan failed after 4 days use, I have now spent 2 weeks jumping through hoops & chasing to get a replacement & still do not have confirmation that a replacement has been sent.

THE POSTAGE. THE BOX WAS ALL SQUASHED AND DAMAGED. NOBODY WAS AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY. SO THE BOX WAS THROWN OVER THE GATE AND SAT OUTSIDE

Ordered 2 sensors on the 17th August 2026 with the promise of next day service, frustratingly I have not received delivery despite promises that I will receive them, now forced to tell them that i will cancel the order and claim my money back from the Visa company

They not only do what they say, 8ts with service. Why, i accidentally double ordered an item and they spotted it minutes apart. Checked with me and refunded. Top service. Top quality.

I purchased a trust guard pir floodlight from them and paid for next day delivery.

Around 2 weeks later the item arrived. When I opened the package it was not the floodlight I had ordered.

When I questioned this with them, I was told it’s very similar and in their opinion better.

When I searched the light which had been sent it was 50% cheaper than the one I ordered.

I’ve waiting on a full refund.

I was after a straight replacement for a bathroom extractor fan. Electricals Online was amongst the lowest prices, the next day delivery premium was low (although the standard delivery seemed high) and the item arrived on time. Overall excellent service.

I was after a specific Hoymiles micro inverter, they not only had it in stock at a cheaper price than my regular wholesales but also delivered it next day. Excellent service, price and availability of parts.
