I contacted Ian regarding our annual pat testing for our tools. Ian kindly arranged to come the very next day which was brilliant. He spent hours working through all our tools and equipment. So grateful for all his help and advice to. Will always use Ian and Matthew in future.

As mentioned in my review of 11 November, we arranged for this company to service our air source heat pump. All work was carried out by James both professionally and with no mess. We have asked that they contact us next year to conduct the next annual service. Our system is only just over two years old and was purchased from Freedom Heat Pumps. One of their recommended installers was used but, after six telephone calls asking him to contact us with regards to the previous breakdown ( he also forgot to register our system for the extended warranty ) we gave up. If you want your system installed and serviced correctly then I would highly recommend Electrical Compliance

Thank you to Ian and Mathew from Electrical Compliance Ltd for installing my PIV system. They arrived on time and were friendly and very knowledgeable. Once installed they checked everything was working properly and cleaned up. Will definitely be using them again.

Ian came to my mum’s assistance today, to help sort out a problem with her solar panels and hot water. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he ensured everything was working correctly before he left. He was friendly, helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend his services.

We had no electric and it was 10pm at night on Saturday evening, Ian arrived and within half hour, we had power.. also the problem was found and then he explained to how to sort it, highly recommend Ian, he’s so kind and helpful.

Ian East has given us excellent advice about a heat pump installation problem we had. He has backed this up with a written professional opinion that has been very useful in tackling the issue. We recommend him as a professional wit good knowledge, willing to give a view, and doing as he promises, promptly.

Ian has done a first class job on installing our solar panels and all the associated electrical work with getting the panels to work on our new build. Our house is not yet completed and Ian has managed to ensure the solar panels are working immediately which will help us tremendously with our electricity bills. Ian was able to successfully resolve a complex problem which was out of his control. We would definitely recommend Ian for his expertise, knowledge and relaxed attitude (especially when faced with a tricky problem). Thank you Ian

First class service! Replaced a failed inverter (under warranty) on our solar panels, but also took the time to give the whole system a health check (and found a couple of possible failed units).

Also fitted an upgrade (to enable cooling as well as heating) to our excellent air source heat pump system which he installed last year.

Had Ian to do my solar system at my house. Very professional and polite. Explained everything in detail so it was clear, did exactly what he said he would do and when he said he would do it. Very pleased with everything.

Had the pleasure of meeting Ian when he installed my solar system. He answered all the questions I had and explained the system which was installed. All work that was carried out was tidy and the whole system is working perfectly. There isn't anything that Ian doesn't know about solar installation. I cannot recommend him enough.

We have had an amazing service from Ian and his team. From the very beginning, they have been professional, knowledgeable and super helpful. We are having some big renovations done to the house (air source heat pump, underfloor heating and other electrical work) and Ian has been a great source of advice and support. Even after the work has been completed, the after service support has been exceptional. We would highly recommend them.

Ian came to install our car charger last weekend. We are very happy with both the product and service.

Ian was polite and made sure he left the job neat and tidy.

When it came time leave he showed me how to use the product which left me with confidence everything worked as it should.

Came to my home and did inspection for installation of EV charger, followed up quickly after that with quote and timescales and then installation. They made sure both that it was working and that we were happy with it and how works with the app and charging my EV.

After work was carried out they cleared up all of the 'installation mess'. Then we had a follow up on how things were going.

I did contact another company, who installed our heat pump and solar panels about this job, but it took 4 attempts before they came back to us and then their quote was 20-25% higher .. oh and late as we got fed up with waiting and had already engaged Electrical Compliance.

We selected Electrical Compliance from a personal recommendation of a complex EV charger installation and we went to see the results of their work. Glad we did: fast, reliable, high standard of work .. tidy.

Recommended for at least consideration for this type of work, though I am sure they other type of work too.

Throughout the process of installing an air source heat pump and rewiring my property, Electrical Compliance Ltd has provided excellent service and been a pleasure to work with. Ian and James are extremely knowledgeable and were always ready to answer any questions and offer advice at all stages of the work, including post-installation. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they were consistently professional, polite, conscientious and very hardworking.

I cannot have asked for a better experience from a company, so would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them for electrical or renewable energy work of any kind.

They removed my old oil boiler and replaced with Air Source Heat Pump.
From the outset they impressed with communication, professionalism and explaining how they would carry out the works and when.
They met and exceeded my expectations, Ian & James couldn't have been more helpful - the ASHP itself works very well and is a neat and professional installation.
I would be happy to recommend them to anybody... top marks!!
