Fraud company
Fraud company. I had place order #1900002210. After a week, I didn't receive any news and decided to email them for an status update. They told me that it would take another week to have the item shipped to their office, after which they would be able to provide me with a UPS tracking number. Another week passed, no news from them again. I email them for an update. Communication was slow. Every email response takes about 1 day. This time round, they said sorry, the shipping date from their suupplier will be very very long. I was angry because the goods is needed for an delivery to the customer. I have no choice but to ask for cancellation so that I could re-order the same product online elsewhere. The communication for this took me about a week, last week. They couldn't gave me an answer even for the refund. Till today, there is still no news from them. I have email them that I will take legal action aginst them. Super lousy service. Now I am suspecting it could be a scam thing online, because this is my first transaction with the company.
Unforseen events might happen, and I was not upset with these, but the way they response to me as a customer really upset me.

Very fast delivery!
We ordered fuser units in the US and needed an express shipment to Ohio. I didn't believe that it can be so fast! But it went perfect. I was amazed by so fast delivery - withing 2 days. Thank you!
