Buyer Beware: No Shipping Updates or Responses After Payment

I placed an order with this company. The payment was processed immediately, and I received an order confirmation. However, since placing the order, I have not received any shipping confirmation, tracking information, delivery updates, or estimated fulfillment date.

I have made multiple attempts to contact the company regarding the status of my order and have received no response. More than a month has now passed without any communication or indication that the items have been shipped.

I made this purchase in good faith based on the company's branding and online presence. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. At this point, I am pursuing a dispute with my payment provider and have filed consumer protection complaints regarding the matter.
