They're great but for Yorkies the collars could be thinner. Still, Best I've had for me 3 kids.

Very satisfied with product and delivered very efficiently through SGS.

I ordered an item from this store to be shipped to Sweden and selected GLS as the delivery service from the options provided. Fourteen days after placing the order, the item still has not arrived. Tracking shows it has been sitting at a German parcel centre with no further updates.

I contacted the store’s customer service three times. While they did respond to my messages, their replies did not help in resolving or expediting the delivery. I also reached out to GLS directly, but they have not responded at all.

Overall, I am very disappointed with the delay and the lack of effective assistance from both the delivery service and the store in ensuring timely delivery.

Bought from Lithuania Petkin placement cylinder Pura Max 2 nicely fit to older version PuraMax. Delivery was pretty fast and all in good condition.

The device came with a USB cable rather than with a power supply for the required 9 V. Even though this complies with the details „hidden“ in the smallprint, this is not suitable for an Outside application, like it is suggested for this device. Needless to add, that a Standart USB outlet supplies only 5V, and not the 9 V needed from the device.

I placed my order 6 days ago, and the package has still not been handed over to the courier (GLS). Since July 3rd, the tracking just says: “Parcel data entered into GLS IT system”, but there’s been no movement since then.
It’s unclear whether the item was actually shipped, if it’s stuck in customs, or still sitting in a warehouse — and the seller hasn’t provided any updates or communication.

Very disappointing experience. If a company can’t ship promptly, the least they can do is keep the customer informed.
This was my first and definitely last time ordering from them.

Everything about it exceeded my expectations — the quality is outstanding, and my cats definitely approve! The service was excellent, and delivery was even faster than I expected. Highly recommend!

The adapter you send is not suitable for the pet feeder, because the plug is straight and not bended in 90 degrees as shown on the picture.

Very quick and efficient shipment and delivery. And I was thrilled to discover that the product I bought was indeed the most recent model of the dishes for an automatic pet feeder and were the dishwasher safe variety.

The delivery was fast and well packaged. Did not know the unit is purple until it arrived, but hey are we caring for or loved pets or worrying about fashion here. Get your priorities straight! And, yes, I am ordering a black cover and a pink collar for my girl.

Everything went well. Only the cost of shipping was a little bit high.
