Stay Clear!!! Thieving scammers
They will send you an item that doesn't match what you ordered, agree in writing they've sent you the wrong item, then not rectify and completely ignore communication. They then lie and gaslight when you reach out to After Pay to get it fixed. They will also get reviews deleted and taken down. So much effort in covering up instead of just doing the right thing. This says 2 reviews, weird considering there were so many prior to these.

Don’t even bother..
Ordered 6th December 2024 received half the order by christmas, the other half late February. It was a 1500$ present for my niece. Multiple emails - customer service is pathetic. Paid express shipping. Only when I sent a letter of demand did I get a reply. Ridiculous.
No compensation offered no apology…nothing

Stay far away from this company
Stay far away from this company. They sell products they don’t even have in stock, leaving you waiting endlessly with zero updates. Don’t even bother trying to get a response from them — I only heard back after spamming their Facebook posts. When my order finally arrived, it was carelessly packed in plain boxes with no padding or fragile stickers, so of course, everything was broken. They had the nerve to tell me to submit my complaint through a link, which I did, but after messaging them twice, I got absolutely no reply. My issue is still marked as unresolved, and there’s been no word on how they plan to fix it. This is a scam company, plain and simple. DO NOT ORDER HERE.
