Great Delivery
Could use a wiring option that did not involve several plugs.
Adaptor for Elecbrakes required excessive force to get it to mate with trailer plug.

Fantastic service, quick delivery, easy to use product!

Had a problem with my controller, would not connect to Bluetooth . Jeremy spent an hour and half troubleshooting, eventually got it to sort of work. He arranged a swap out unit from a supplier for me to collect the next day . New unit worked first time .

Fast delivery of needed accessory for EB2. Using the Elecbrake EB2 on 1.4T trailer primarily with Tesla model Y, but love that i can simply hook up to any car with trailer power to use Trailer Brakes. Been working flawlessly since i realised the Tesla likes to switch the headlights back to auto if i park car. ie headlights must be always to ensure continuous power to the EB2. 7 pin adaptor is really well designed making quick and easy connection.

I made a phone call first to check on some items that were bouncing around in my tiny little mind, and they were answered very quickly and professionally.
The products were shipped same day I ordered and arrived a day or two later.

The product is awesome. Simply works exactly as you want and expect it to. A true credit to the company and engineering.

The self drilling and tapping screws were problematic. With the Phillips head drive, there was not a hope that I could simply drill them into the chassis; even with a pilot hole. A hex head would be much better I think.
I ended up drilling and tapping the holes.
Overall, a 5 star experience.

Very disappointing , if you thought you were buying a caring team.......think again. Plug and Play my bot bot...I am in remote west Tasmania , I offered to go to them to give me everything I need ( custom motorcycle loader trailer brand new not finished)......but NO it's plug and play.....so here we are two weeks later and I am waiting for everything I need to arrive in the post to remote Tasmania. And it's my fault according to Elecbrakes.

We had purchased a new car and there wasn’t a position on the dash for a brake controller to be installed. After reading reviews for Elecbrake the decision was easy, I could use it via mobile phone or Apple Car-Play. It only took a few minutes to install on the day we picked up our new camper, a short drive down the road to adjust the settings and we set off on our 100 klm drive home without an issue. Everything worked as described and expected, great product Elecbrakes.

I installed it on a 4500 kg 6m flat top trailer. It's great, I never have the need to adjust it once it was set too. Trailers done around 16,000km!

I was having issues with the Bluetooth (brakes still operated perfectly - it just wasn’t showing in the app) outside of the warranty period and Elecbrakes offered to test the unit for free.

When they found the fault, they replaced the unit free of charge and express posted it back to me.

Highly recommend this company to anyone!

I did a lot of research for a good camper brake controller.
Elecbrakes were recommended and offer a few flexible ways of operation.
I ordered them and 4 days later they were delivered to my door.
I look forward to fitting them to my new camper soon.

Have no issues with the elecbrakes product. It does what is supposed to do. Run the app on the centre screen under apple car play. Easy to adjust and tweek when underway.

I have been using Elecbrakes for years and have had no real issues.

I found the hole drilling and screw install a bit of a mission, and suggest that Electbrakes supply drill bits and square drive screws with the kit. Other than that it was a breeze to get working on our caravan. The enhanced braking control I now have on the long steep downhills we have on every trip away and coming home is brilliant, and a vast improvement on my previous system which used to grab.
