Dear Ansar, thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that we received your order on 30th August and processed it on the same day. Our courier partner attempted delivery on 4th September, but you were unavailable at that time. The product was then successfully delivered on 5th September.
That makes it a total of only 5 working days, which is within the standard delivery timeframe. We hope this clears up the concern. Thank you for your support and understanding.

Pathetic service
Since 1 aug 25 every day 2 times customer call and 2 sms getting for tech visit named siba maharana. But no body is coming to the house address for tech visit or product return. It is 10 day. What are your service representatives doing. Horrible and mentally torture for continuous explanation 2 times on the same issue.
