I have ordered DEL refurbished LCD Monitor 21" from ELCONE and paid Rs.1049/- on 20.08.2022, Order number generated and made the payment through Paytm. After making the payment I try to track the order through by email and mobile number given in the web site but unfortunately both are not reachable. Now I understood they cheated me with fake online advisement. Also I have lost my money, I could not understand how their adds got preference and display in first row in google sites. So l request the people please "DO NOT TRUST THIS KIND OF FAKE SITE "ELCONE".

I have ordered Samsung refurbished TV 43" from ELCONE and paid Rs. 1199/- on 24.08.2022. I have made the payment through Paytm. After making the payment I found that the payment had gone to one PATOLIYA ENTERPRISE account by default. Instead of taking the payment directly into ELCONE account, they have cleverly diverted the payment to this PATOLIYA ENTERPRISE account so that they can disown having received any payment from the customers. When I realised that I have fallen prey to their fake online ad. I tried to contact ELCONE through the email address provided by them,but without any success. I think I have lost my money for no purpose. I only wish that more and more people should not get swindled by such unscrupulous elements in our society. I request the concerned authorities to take stringent action against these fake online business companies and bring them before the law. I also request the concerned authorities to treat this letter as my complaint and take whatever action possible. If they need proof and any further details regarding the payment, Iam prepared to submit the same.
