Excellent company... excellent customer service!

I remember the day I looked at my Gmail account and noticed so many folders and emails were missing! Somebody had hacked into my account. Then my husband found EIBackup and we signed up immediately. Every week, without fail, I received confirmation of the backup. I felt so much more secure. And every communication with their support team has been gracious, kind and completely competent. EI Backup is an excellent company and provides excellent customer service!
