Scam company …
The devices did not work and cost my business thousands. Elavon continued to take fees out of bank account and when cancelled sent my business to a collection agency. Elavon also never deposited funds the devices did work for to bank account. The entire staff is useless.

Very nice and easy customer service
Very nice and easy customer service, highly recommend Michael!
They put me on match list and took my money
Out of the blue one day my rep at Elavon calls me one day and says we want to verify your transactions are genuine by randomly calling customers. And so they called one customer and the customer happily confirmed the genuine sale. The next day I get an email from Elavon that my account is suspended. ALL my funds in my checking account approx $20,000 were transferred to Elavon. I keep calling them and emailing them with zero response. They have taken my money and won't even respond on why and when they will return my money. When I apply for other merchants they tell me Elavon has reported me on the Match List and they cannot give us services either.
This is the most pathetic company of merchant processing in the world. Avoid them at all costs. They are there to ruin and scam small businesses like myself and make money off our our own hard earned money.

Tough issue, long call, great support representative
The technical support representative that helped me with my issue was patient, helpful, and very good at explaining the steps needed to be taken on my end. We ran up against multiple dead ends but she was able to find different solutions to try until we finally found the correct resolution that allowed my pinpad to start communicating with my terminal. It was a long call (1.5 hours) but her calm and communicative demeanor prevented it from turning into a slog. Very appreciative of her efforts in resolving my issue.

My experience with this company was good until I canceled. They refuse to cancel my service and now I'm charged for services that were canceled 2 months ago and nobody wants to help.

Canceled in February And then it was charged for not using their service in March whatsoever. The person I canceled through didn't do their job so I was charged 104.99 because somebody didn't dontheir job. The third party that signed me up who represents Elavon sayis that elavon needs to refund me , And Elavon says I need to contact the third party. Though they all are all representing the same company everyone is pointing the finger at the other person and claiming no responsibility. Elavon is the company that charged me and will not issue a refund for not using their service. And claims have nothing to do with the person who sells her services and represents their company. Stay away from this company when you have an issue they will not address it. ... UPDATE: AN EMAIL WAS SENT TO YOU GUYS IN FEBRUARY WHICH WAS CONFIRMED THROUGH YOUR 3RD PARTY RETAILER AND YOU GUYS NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED IT WHICH IS WHY YOU NEVER CANCELED SERVICE.

Hannah helped with a game plan to facilitate processing information regarding a new Elavon terminal. She was so incredibly knowledgeable, polite and just a very nice person to deal and talk to regarding the terminal. Elavon is very fortunate to have her as a team member.
