The comfiest ever!
Loooove this company - all their bras and underwear are so so comfortable, super soft and thick enough that you know they’re decent quality despite being reasonably priced. Only improvement I would suggest is that the bra straps need to be a little thicker to provide a bit more support, and to match the durability of the rest of the bra components, but other than that I’m buying from here until they stop selling!

good products but don’t allow returns on sale items
The products are good and fairly reasonable price-wise. BUT, they don’t give you the option to return sale items (only exchange). When buying online, retailers have to follow these rules: “you must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told you.”

Excellent customer service
I had an issue with my order but the customer support team were extremely helpful and sorted this out quickly. I love the ‘classic’ bamboo sets- the material is so soft and comfortable. I am a uk dress size 8 and the size small fits me perfectly.
