Worst "luxury" brand

Worst "luxury" brand. I have been waiting 2 months for my dress to arrive and have been told that it won't arrive and I can accept store credit but not a refund. They are ripping people of and their director Khadija Shah is just ignoring everyone and posting on social media when her store is full of people demanding refunds.

Don't Buy from Such a Fraudulent Company

Elan accepted payment in November 2021 and to date has not delivered my outfit. After numerous communications, they continue to give me false assurances about delivery. Over the last two months, Elan has repeatedly lied and misled me. The event has passed and I no longer need the outfit. Now, they refuse to give me a refund and want to issue a store credit. I don't want to deal with such an unprofessional company.

What is more disturbing is how many people they have scammed. I noticed on social media how every day people with similar experiences write negative reviews for Elan which get deleted within hours. If Elan cared about its customers, it would spend time fulfilling orders rather than constantly focusing on marketing and getting new customers who they can scam. Elan considers itself a premier designer when in reality, it demands upfront payment and then clients like me are at their mercy. The underlying issue is that Elan doesn't care about it's customers or brand reputation as long as they get our money. They have been scamming people for a while now. I found a news article by Pakistan Today published on May 4, 2021 on how Elan/Zaha had taken payment but had not delivered customer's clothes. I wish I had known all this before placing my order.

fraudulent

I wouldn’t give any stars if that was an option. Don’t buy from them if you’re an international customer. I placed the order in august and in December they seized all communications and failed to deliver the dress. As reputable as Élan makes itself to be I’m left wondering if it’s worth buying anything online. At the end of the day it’s an international organization and we have very few recourses to get our money back. I’m thinking of contacting a fashion magazine and running a story regarding customers such as myself that are completely ghosted and ignored! I can’t imagine that I’m the only one that has been defrauded..

Not a good website

Not a good website! Don’t buy from them! Their clothes are not great but way over priced. Yes it can be argued they are “branded” however it is absolutely awful in real life on anyone, I was not the only one who tried it but so did others. I bought four items from there and it was absolutely rubbish. I spent 1k on these clothes and I can’t return it. Do not buy! Quality is poor, looks nothing like the photos!
