Article doesn't correspond to description

Article doesn't correspond to description. Cable was from Salvcavi, not Prysmian. EAN doesn't correspond. Answer from customer service was simply that the cables are functionally identical and they don't understand the problem. Unfair competition. I'm not going to waste even more time and effort returning this article. Too bad, because in the past they delivered what was advertised (Prysmian). Sad to see that their service is getting worse.

Good products and service

The shiphing was fast, Rita from customer service answer quick and after a mistake on the initial order they shipped the missing product the same day. A little irritating that i have to wait another 2 days for the missing product.
