Delays and Bad Customer Service
After two months of delays, putting in help tickets, and asking customer service for a refund, I had to go to their social media page to complain. Once I did that publicly, they expedited the issue and sent a refund. I wasn't the only one having issues. Right now, it seems like this company is struggling so hard that they can't afford the parts they still sell you online. I would NOT RECOMMEND you purchase from them.

The products are good but for the premium charges I wish I'd have gone with another vendor since their quality is not justified with the price.
Import charges! Although the items, if coded correctly would not be subject to import charges to the UK, they have either been listed incorrectly or just don't care so you'll get to pay a further 20% on top of their premium.
The bending template tools are not great, better either doing it by hand or looking for other products to help bend hard tubing. The hacksaw is pretty good though.
Having purchased an AM4 water block, half way through the project I decided to upgrade to AM5 platform as I'd seen that they are compatible for most providers. EKWB don't provide the stand off screws so they are an extra purchase and currently unavailable. No notice as to when they will be available so now I have an AM4 block that I can't make use of until they release more screws...
It took two and a half months for everything to arrive, no updates from the company as to what was going on, no communication or care. It was only a £250 order (with shipping costs) so probably deemed low value to them.
Whenever you email them, response times are fairly slow however when they do pick up a ticket they are fairly responsive, sadly they just don't care.
If you do order from them, I hope your experience is much better than mine. Maybe it's because I'm a UK customer and it's just too much work for them to deal with.

my buddy spent lots of money on this computer and they didn't even paste the cpu with thermal paste!!! hello........talk about a joke don't go with company there support sucks and they don't care if your shit fries, and to top it all off the bottom three fans stop working in 2 months... easy fix though. but still they want you to send it back on your dime even its there fault!!!!
Financial troubles / not delivering
Ordered on the 14th of October, should have arrived by the 22nd of October. Today is the 31st of October and it still hasn't been shipped.
Created a ticket 12 days ago about the status of my order (everything has been in stock since ordering) - no reply until today.
I've created a PayPal case a few days ago and so far also no reply there.
When Googling you will find out that EKWB is in some financial troubles since a few months and that all of their bank accounts in Slovenia seem to be blocked.
Can't recommend ordering there.

Expensive and short lifetime
EK produces really nice but they are very expensive and you only get products for High End thinks like RTX 4080 & 4090. Nothing for the good and not expensive 4070 or less.
Update: After 1 year the Water Cooler didn't work anymore. For this short time I don't need to by expensive ekwb products. There was no support.
Warning don't buy from them!
I decided to order from EKWB because they claimed there would be no import fees when shipping within the EU. This turned out to be completely false. I placed an order to Denmark, and when my package arrived, I was notified that I had to pay import taxes. I reached out to their support team, and they confirmed that these fees were indeed required. When I confronted them about the misleading claims on their website, I received no response at all.
I decided to return the package, which they received on the 8th of August. It's now the 29th of August, and I still haven't received my refund. I've been told it will take another week, which is unacceptable.
Do yourself a favor and avoid buying from EKWB. Their false advertising and lack of customer service make them completely unreliable.

Good products, well secured in the package. Fast shipping, i recieved my order in France 4 days after, and for me a les stripe didn’t worked, they send me a new one very fastly. I recommend EKWB.

My AIO was faulty after a few years, first we tried to fix it remotely but when it was clear it wasn't fixable they instantly sent a new one without any hassle. Unfortunately this one was DOA but EK sent a new AIO within a few days and this one does te job. Best support I ever recieved from a company. Fast and friendly responses aswell.

If you are going to buy it
If you are going to buy it, do not order it. It says the product is in stock, but unfortunately it takes 1 week to 2 weeks due to shortage. I canceled too. And my order from somewhere else arrived in 2 days. The cooler I use cools as ordered. But I wish they wrote the truth on the site so that there would be no waste of time.

One of the parts in my order was out of stock so the order was delayed. Great communication from support team. They let me know the issue and when I asked for a refund for the out-of-stock part, I received the refund very quickly. Great communication is what I loved the most from them.
