The software works(in terms of performing activity) but the customer service is absolute trash. I have filled out their contact form twice, its been over 4 days now and no response. I have asked for refund and still there is no response. I used the service for 4 days out of which it stayed inactive for a day due to instagram throttling activity. Today i got a message from instagram saying my account is compromised and they have detected that i am using a service for automation. Ektor.io claims that they are 100% safe and undetected by instagram but certainly thats not the case as instagram detects it. I have evidence to support my claim. Ektor.io if you are reading this please provide a refund or solve the issue with detection.

This app is mired by limited features and unresponsive customer service to the point that I can only assume they are a shady business.
Limitations such as viewing stories only by hashtag (not user) and not being able to cap how many posts you like per user is a deal breaker. Also I paid for a Pro account in order to receive priority customer support. I reached out 2 weeks ago with support questions and then last week for a refund and haven't heard back once. That lag in response is unacceptable for a “priority customer."
Also their Docs page consists of dead links and one surface level guide on setting up basic automation. Clearly they have a lot to figure out before they can deliver a competitive product.

Single payment to access their AI program was led me to chose ekitor. Very simple yet effective interface assured me my investment was positive.

Overall I'm writing this review to outline 2 major factors about ektor.io 1. They dont have a human customer service all they have is a chatbot. 2. The way to set the software up is difficult and confusing making it really difficult to use. So my honest be very careful about using these guys.

I have tried the software for one day and I can say that it is a very good marketing tool because it is not like buying followers is a tool to help to interact with people and engage with them with our content.

I've had a great experience with Ektor.io! Not only is it easy and effortless to use, it really does work! I've tried many other growth apps, and none work as well as this one!

Ektor how come you haven't replied to my emails or responded to any review's on here? Where's your customer service team responding to reviews like normal company?. Very strange!? You Took my money and charged me currency conversion fee non existent customer service no refund or support...

How easy is it to set up and manage I have a company that wants to charge 700 to set it up and run me through it and 130 per month to manage it . Does that seem fair?

Got me several hundred new folowers and not a single problem with bans and anything like that

it was easy for me to start and get it going but I don't think I have seen an improvement but it could be that I'm not using proxy.

This it is the perfect bot, but something are missing, I would like to have my tasks to change in the order I manage them for example:
1.Likes
2.Coments
3.Follows
I would like to order them like that and that automatically changes thru them, not to wait until likes are done to start comment manually,

This software doesn't work. In order to stay under Instagram's radar it is constantly "going to sleep" and rarely, if ever, doing anything. I have reached out to customer service multiple times to see if there's anything they can do to help and they do not respond once they realize it's a complaint. Waste of money.

I bought Ektor with high hope and i gotta say i am very disappointed! The software downloaded just fine and was working for about an hour (Hashtag liking like they recommend to begin with) then it said that instagram was throttling so it went into sleep mode. After a week of emailing and never getting a response i decided to try it again. After logging in it clicks on 1 media and throttles again. Ive tried again and again and keep getting the same result, now today after i logged in, i received a notification from instagram saying my account has been compromised and to change my passwords. I was under the presumption like they advertise that the software is "undectable" but it clearly isn't. All in all im not happy with the software or the service provided by the customer service staff who, when they do reply to emails its 3-5 days later. This is completely unacceptable!

It's been working great so far. Got logged out a few times but it always works back, Instagram seems to treat it like human behaviour.

When i add new targets it doesn't update straight away or it says that the target is depleted however it's a new target. How come ?

I'be had Ektor.io for a couple of days now and the overall experience has been great. I've already been gaining followers!
