No information on how to pay

I received financing at Bohus from ExpressBank. Everything ok, but they sent an email with the purchase and that you have to pay before the specific date. If you don't then you will be charged interest and a fee. The only problem is that they don't specify how to pay and you can't find any information on their website. They don't have a minside. The only way to find out is to contact customer service. This seems like a way of tricking people that forget. Not professional. I would not recommend them.

All who writing that this is good bank…

All who writing that this is good bank is layers. In corona I'm lose 30% of my salary. They don't want a normal communicate a don't give me a credit holidays so I pay how much I can ,but not how much I should. and after 90 days they canceled our contract and send me to Creditor without any explanation. this bank is not for people, they care about money only. So if you will be in bad situation they will not helping you.
