My order never arrived and the company did not replace or refund awful customer service ruined my ski trip AVOID!!

Just went to Ekosport Fontinex brunch - we wish we didn't. The staff, the young man at the till had such a horrible and rude attitude - my kids were scared to be there. Not quite sure why such hostile behaviour - experiences like that just ruin your holiday.

I ordered a helmet and it made me pay loads for delivery and then proceeded to take weeks and weeks to be delivered so I couldn’t even use the helmet on my holiday. I then go to return it and it’s not eligible for a return, absolutely ridiculous!

Perfect service! The website was easy to use, great list of products, fast delivery - and the boots are super comfy too! 5 stars

Yesterday the Rab jacket priced at 240€, today they returned to the original price of 350€. Wow. Thanks Ekosport, I will buy it for 220€ online.

It takes a very long time for the products to be delivered. This is probably the business model of this site: you pay for everything in advance and then you have to wait several weeks for your order to be delivered. Furthermore, if you inquire about customer service or the expected delivery time, you don't receive any response. Fortunately, I only purchased something once, and it will definitely be the last time.

We have ordered jacket , but it was wrong size so another one and fitted perfect . So return one through their carrier who has not given me any proof of collecting the parcel - (
Maybe because I am young and I did not ask for one )but the parcel never reach them so refused me to refund the money . Lost 160£ ! Open only 9-1 M-F so difficult to contact them as I am working full time .

Order lost by shipping company; shipping company confirmed order lost and I shared this with Ekosport. Ekosport are refusing to refund unless additional forms are printed, scanned, and signed, and copies of ID are sent with them. This is a crazy barrier noting the parcel is confirmed as being undelivered - I have no scanner and no printer and no means of doing this at the moment - I am also not comfortable sharing my ID with a company where they have no apparent need for it.

The worst customer service ever. I ordered a product and it has taken over a month before they have even acknowledged they have lost it.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. Shocking at every level.

Dear Customer Service,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery of the ski helmet I ordered from your online store on December 18th. The order confirmation stated that the helmet would arrive within 2-3 working days, but I did not receive it until today (more than 10 days later) later than expected.

To make matters worse, the helmet arrived in a completely damaged box, with holes, tears and dents all over it. I have attached some photos as evidence of the poor condition they were in. This is a ski helmet, which is now useless when damaged like this because it will not have the same protection anymore.

This is unacceptable, as I paid a lot of money for a high-quality ski helmet that I needed for my ski trip. I was very disappointed and frustrated by the delay and the damage, and I had to buy another helmet from a different store at the last minute.

I request that you take immediate action to resolve this issue. Please contact me as soon as possible to confirm how you will compensate me.

I hope to hear from you soon and that you will restore my trust in your company.

Ordered expensive ski boot and the package arrived destroyed. both boxes torn open, all ski boot accessories missing, ski boots also showed damage. Maybe this was on the carrier, but the customer service was the worst. I asked to have them picked up and refunded. They wanted numerous forms filled out, photos of everything were sent. This went on for two months still no resolution. Buy somewhere else.

I purchased a pair of La Sportiva Solution Comp climbing shoes. After a few uses, the laces broke. I contacted Ekosport and was told that my request was approved by the manufacturer for a warranty claim. I returned the shoes. Time passed by and I never heard from Ekosport, nor did I receive the money back. After a month, they responded that they have sent the shoes to the manufacturer, still no money back. Some time later, it turned out that they forgot about my ticket and not only am I not getting my money back but I had to pay for a repair. What a joke of a customer service. How could you get your communication so wrong? Why didn't you specify what the return procedure would be? If I had know a month and a half ago that I am returning my shoes for a repair that I would have had to pay for, I would have brought my shoes to the local La Sportiva authorized repair shop. Let's see if I will ever get my shoes back, but until now, one of the worst shopping experiences.

I never heard of Ekosport so checked the reviews here before ordering. Glad to report back that delivery was fast and I didn't have to pay any custom duties as stated on their website. Bought a pair of skis and poles, super happy with the purchase

Easy ordering fast delivery, high quality products, good prices

I've bought a number of items over the years and the pricing is always super competitive. Had an issue this time with a return getting lost but customer service was brilliant in helping track down the parcel (despite zero assistance from Evri) and promptly issued a refund. Would recommend.
