Terrible support - Missing parts and impossible demands (Ticket 00664174)

I ordered a pair of Salomon Strive 12 bindings (Order CH00101978), and they arrived without the brakes. I took them to a professional shop (Transa Zurich) for mounting, where the certified mechanic confirmed the brakes were missing. Now, Ekosport refuses to send the missing parts unless I provide a photo of the box—which was obviously recycled by the professional shop. This is absurd. I have proof from a certified professional, but Ekosport's 'procedure' is ruining my ski trip this weekend. Terrible customer service.

Ordered a snowboard which said it would arrive in time for Christmas on the 24th Dec. The company was delayed in dispatching it and then it got lost amongst the christmas chaos with the delivery company and was delivered 3 weeks late. It arrived after we'd left for our trip and my 6 year old daughter didn't have her present to open on christmas day. To make it even worse, they are now saying I should pay £15 at my own expense to return it when it should be returned at their expense due to the delay in shipping and therefore not being delivered on the advertised day.

I made an order on Monday in expectation to receive my ski bindings within the promised period of 3 day maximum that is specified on their website and during my checkout. The delivery is to they own store in Paris. 6 days passed since and I still haven’t received my order, no information, no phone picked up when calling to them on their customer service contact, the personnel in the shop is incompetent and has no desire to help. The only reason I ordered in this store was their promise for “quick” delivery because I urgently needed my goods for a gift but their spoiled everything. During this period I received another goods from Ukraine (just imagine - Ukraine) using Nova Post, being informed every day. But seems ekosport either stole my money or they will deliver my order when I already will not need it. Terrible experience, never ever order in this store.

I ordered a ski helmet and goggles on the Ekosport website. I made the payment and the order status showed "VALIDATED".
After several days I wanted to check the progress of the order, but the order still showed "VALIDATED".
I sent a message to customer service to find out what was going on. I did not receive a response. I sent several more messages during the day and there was no response to any of them.
They took the money, but the goods are not being sent.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE

Do not trust delivery estimates on the website "will arrive on day X when delivered by DPD". They will _NOT_ respond to mails on this, and for me, they did not even hand over the items to DPD until AFTER the estimated delivery date. Yes, it's estimated, however the wording is: Will arrive by day X if you choose DPD.
So, either change the wording or change your practice.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Eko sport. I would have worked with one of the subsidiaries while in France which was always fantastic and was the reason I decided to purchase skis from them. I have the skis one year now, upon taking them out this year the bindings separated from the skis. From this I am unsure how long water was able to seep into the code of the ski. I raised this issue with Eko sport solely because the shop agreed with me that this was not down to a riding issue, that from their observation it seemed that the holes made for the binding screws was the wrong diameter to the screw’s themselves. This means for me I had to pay out of pocket to get the skis repaired while on a ski trip. And I also had to mount bindings 1cm toward the back. The main thing for me is water seeping into the core of the ski would wreck the integrity. Eko sport said they are aware that this would damage it water seeping in, but they also made sure to note that this issue could have been cause by numerous other reasons. I had the shop in Sweden inspect my skis and they were fairly sure that it was an installation issue and were surprised that this was even missed by them. They told me that I should definitely be covered under warranty for something like this, which is why I have messaged Eko sport. Anyway what has resulted is Eko sport have told me, they cannot help me and they will not even reimburse me for the binding fixing. This will definitely be my last purchase from them and I will no longer be recommending them to anyone as their customer service was as helpful as a chocolate teapot, I was told they wouldn’t be able to help from very early on. These skis were bought for myself last year and I also bought a pair for my girlfriend last year also at the same time, both included the bindings and Eko sport to fit them in the factory. This is the loyalty you get.

A very poor store. They haven't sent me any goods for two weeks. No one replies to my messages. No contact, no goods, and no money. Terrible.

DPD messed up the delivery. DPD could not help me, but Ekosport is so kind to resend the parcel to my new home. Direct contact via phone, assisted by a lovely lady and a quick fix. 10/10, will order again.

Two weeks ago I have ordered Oakley ski jacket. Two days later received the confirmation it has been sent to my address with Dpd tracking number to trace my package. The status of DPD has not changed since two weeks and still is “Your parcel is being prepared by the sender”. My emails to Ekosport and contact forms are not being answered. Correction: eventually Ekosport answered that my order was sent to somebody else and re-shiped my order to me. I received it well today 19 days after placing the order. Luckily for me wel in advance before skiing.

Reliable service and fair prices.

Only side note, when you order the size they suggest and this size still doesn't fit you can't exchange it for free. You need to pay double the delivery costs.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Ekosport. I followed their return instructions exactly, used the return label they provided, and dropped off the parcel at a DPD point. Yet they claim the return was never made – just because the specific tracking number *they* expected wasn’t activated. DPD assigned a different tracking number, which is completely out of my control.

Still, Ekosport refuses to take any responsibility. They keep pushing the blame onto me and offer no real help or solution. Their customer service is unhelpful, unresponsive, and clearly not interested in solving problems. I’ve now had to file a formal complaint with the Consumer Disputes Committee.

Bottom line: **this is an unreliable company that does not stand behind its service.** If anything goes wrong, you're on your own.

**Never again. Avoid Ekosport at all costs.**

I've been waiting for almost 2 months for my refund after returning items. Customer service confirmed they received my return and promised to process the refund, but since then, no updates and still no money. Emails are ignored. Unacceptable! If I don’t receive my refund within 48 hours, I will take legal action. Avoid this company!
