I previously left a very positive review for the toilet cleaner. However, since getting the new ‘improved’ refill pods I’ve found them to be useless because they don’t dissolve, which just leaves me with coloured water. I’ve contacted the company twice about this, but have yet to receive a response. I won’t be reordering unless this issue is sorted out.

My order only contained 2 of the 3 products ordered. Despite a number of emails to the company, I have received no response about this matter about how they will correct this.
Extremely disappointed that they have not got the decency to send the missing product, or make a refund for it.
Would not recommend using them.

Deliveries are proving to be unreliable. I adore the toilet cleaner pods and used to have them on a regular subscription through Amazon, but this company have been unable to maintain regular stocks.

I tried going direct to their website and ordering from there. I requested the set of 4 different cleaning pods as I wanted to try out all their products after finding the toilet cleaner so good. I also set up a subscription with the company to replace the Amazon one, hoping that a small company might attend to direct customers more promptly. Sadly it seems that the toilet pods are sold out on the website too, and this has meant my whole order has been delayed, not just the lone product that is out of stock.

It's such a shame because the toilet cleaner pods are very, very good. They have the same oomph as a good regular non-eco-branded toilet cleaner with none of the downsides. They are also so convenient to store, make-up, and use. Did I mention that this is the first eco-toilet cleaner I have come across that actually cleans properly?

This is such a great service, the products arrive ontime, you do not need to be home for the postman because they fit through the letterbox. Natural products that are fantastic for super sensitive skin like mine. I can spray without any skin irritation and that says alot because I have had 60yrs of allergic reations to chemicals. Well done team.

Wow! Is all I can say. I’ve been looking for an eco toilet cleaner that works and so far nothing was meeting my expectations…UNTIL THIS! This is hands down the best toilet cleaner I’ve ever used and such a great alternative to bleach as it smells so much better and clings to the bowl really well. I’ve ordered some more of their products as I’m so impressed. I’ve previously used homethings and mack but honestly ekologik is so much better than anything else I’ve tried.

Also can you please make a laundry product and dishwasher tablets as I really struggle to find good eco versions of these.

I have just started using ekologik products and am delighted to have finally found an eco friendly toilet cleaner that works! Goodbye to my vinegar spray at last! I am looking forward to my order arriving to try out their other cleaning products.
They are a friendly but professional company with great customer service and I hope they continue to grow and spread the word that cleaning doesn’t have to be damaging to the environment.

I love ekologik mainly for the same if the environment...no expensive wasteful carriage on heavy bottles with cleaning fluid....no plastic bottle to dispose of!
The cleaning fluids do their work well too...although sometimes the little packets of powder are difficult to dissolve in the water...

Excellent eco friendly products, quick delivery and simple plastic free packaging. I don’t buy any other cleaning products.

They are easy to use smell lovely and most importantly get everything clean!!

They have helped me cut down on a lot of plastic waste. Will definitely be using the again and looking forward to trying their different products

Excellent products.
I have tried Ekologik’s multipurpose, bathroom, toilet and floor products - all have been excellent. Very easy to use and effective at cleaning. I was hesitant that these would be less effective than my usual cleaning products but if anything these are better.
Very little packaging and it’s all recyclable. Even better when you don’t have to carry heavy bottles home from the supermarket.
The customer service is also excellent and the online shop easy to use. Some of the profits go to Surfers Against Sewage as an added plus point.
Thank you to Ekologik - you’ve made this step towards living a more environmentally conscious lifestyle very easy. There is no longer an excuse for anyone to not make this sustainable switch.
