If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience with Ejsingholm ApS was appalling from start to finish. After leaving our home in perfectly normal condition, we were billed over 60,000 DKK for “restoration”, repainting, floor sanding, and even a cracked tile that resulted from poor installation work before our tenancy.

In our experience, it felt as if the process was designed to minimize or eliminate any return of the deposit. During the move-out inspection, we also found the tone of the representative to be condescending and dismissive, especially towards us as foreign tenants.

Days later, we were threatened with interest and debt collection if we didn’t pay immediately. The company relies on inflated invoices and rigid bureaucracy, leaving tenants feeling powerless.

Avoid Ejsingholm at all costs. The most unprofessional and discouraging rental experience we’ve had in Denmark.

Perfect for an extended stay! The place has all the conveniences, and some, that you need to feel at home away from home. Very convenient system for the key handling and other smart solutions makes the stay hassle free.

I stayed in one of the apartment complex under Ejsingholm (AtHome apartments in Aarhus) for 2.5 years and it was a wonderful accommodation to have! The quality of the furniture, the interior and planning of the space were great. The area is quiet and the apartments are well connected with the city center by bus and tram. A special thanks for a maintenance crew who made my stay smooth and worries-free :)

Athome - the name of the hotel fully reflects the quality of living in this place. Clean, beautiful, warm, cozy space with well-thought-out personalities for a comfortable stay. If you don't want go out, don't worry, because you have gym, play zone for relax. Big parking for your bike says: " We took care of everything".
We stayed in this hotel during 3 months and really was happy, that made this choice.
Almost forgot... Definitely important thing: very nice people, who work there! They are always in a good mood ant try to help you as soon as possible if you have any questions.

The best landlord I had so far in my entire life.
If something is broken they fix it immediately. No strings attached. High flexibility due to the fact that there is no deposit. Great gym facility with common area for pool, darts and table tennis. I spend close to 2 years in the apartment and can only recommend it! :)

I stayed at one of their property for about 2.5 years.
I think that this is the best option with a reasonable price and perfect for a long term stay. There is a Nice modern nordic style furnished room with kitchen and a big bathroom.There are all essentials needed including pots and pans.There is a Big TV and fast internet.Good parking abilities. House cleaning service is good within very reasonable price.
I can definitely recommend this place and five stars from my end:)
