VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
Its a great company until your car break and you actually need to use them. Extremely slow contact, unclear or no information, no rosponsibility.
My car stopped and I called eika phone number given by them in case of car failiure, they said its not this number but, they will call viking anyway. They called and said somone will come. 2 hours later I called Eika they said they dont know how viking works, so I called viking and they said thay will not come to pick up the car until next day, becuase its sunday (for real?). Next day they towed the car and from that time I have no idea what is happening, I had to call viking 3 times to get answer where is the car, thwy said mercedes. After googling phone number for 15 minutes I called mercedes. Mercedes service said they have vacation and the car MAYBE will be diagnosed in 40-60 days (FOR REAL?!?!) and then they will know what to repair, AND THEN I can wait for repair, they said MAYBE NEXT YEAR. Eika doesn know anything on infoline. There is no car, no info, no replacement car, nothing. Car was insured with highest BillPlus insurance. Today is 36 day after this happened and still i have no idea what is happening.
