Over a month of silence, unfulfilled order, and defensive support
I placed order **260518-1489822** on May 18, 2026, for a total amount of **200 euros**. After weeks of waiting without receiving my items, I tried to contact their customer support team on multiple occasions—specifically on **June 10, June 11, and June 18**—sending different emails to get an update on my delivery. I received absolutely no response, no solutions, and no tracking information.
When they finally decided to reply on June 19, instead of taking responsibility for the massive delay, their support agent adopted a completely defensive and impertinent attitude, labeling my legitimate consumer grievances as "threats" and hiding behind their "internal processes."
As of today, they are keeping my 200 euros, I am still without my goods, and I have no valid tracking number for the supposed replacement shipment they claim to have arranged. I strongly advise against buying from eibabo. If you value your time and money, look elsewhere. I am now initiating a chargeback through my bank for non-receipt of goods, filing a formal complaint with the European Consumer Centre, and reporting this fraudulent non-delivery to the Cybercrime Unit of the Spanish Civil Guard (Grupo de Delitos Telemáticos de la Guardia Civil). Extremely unprofessional company.
