I was recommended this company by my neighbour. When I approached them, they were very efficient at getting back to me. Niall, the sales rep, promptly called out to us the following week. Niall has a wealth of knowledge and explained the whole process very thoroughly. Niall discussed all possible options with us we were very happy with the price point compared with local competitors. The process was very efficient from start to finish. The team were great to deal with. All queries were answered swiftly. It’s early days but we are looking forward to generating all that beautiful Donegal solar power! 😎

These guys were first class from start to finish. Communication was great and queries were dealt with quickly. The electrician guys brought the wire down from the attic exactly were I wanted even though it meant extra work. Highly recommended.

We just had our new geothermal heat pump installed by Efficient Renewables and the guys were fantastic. Conor and Jonathan were brilliant so helpful and quick in getting everything setup, installed and working, they then explained how our new system works, how I track and keep an eye for efficiency and usage, the whole team were brilliant and I couldn’t recommend the boys highly enough for the work they’ve done on our home, thanks boys 👍

I spoke to John Flynn who said he would call and explain all about the system which he duly did
After our conversation in which he explained all about the system and price I decided to install what he suggested would suit my house
On the due date of Install the roofers arrived on time and got on with their work
They were complete by lunchtime and right on cue the electricians arrived and finished the job
All the men were very professional and all was done hassle free
John actually called some days later to see if all was working good
I would highly recommend this Company for anyone wishing to install solar panels

Our decision to install solar came about in a non-standard way. We had already commissioned Efficient Renewables to install a heat pump at a newly purchased rental property but had to pull out for technical reasons. While Phil was more than accommodating and said we could always have a full refund of our deposit should we wish, we decided to divert it towards a solar install on our home property, where we use most grid electricity. I feel we won't look back. After a November install some days we could already see from the app there were times where we were making a surplus compared to what we were using. I want to give credit also to the installers who did a super neat job with all their wiring and used existing trunking routes to cable tie their wires, all done very neatly in a big outbuilding we had recently built. We went for an extra 4 panels over the standard 10, making it capable of 6.3Kw/h total. Glad we did, if the winter performance is anything to extrapolate to longer and brighter days. I would unhesitatingly recommend the team in Newtowncunningham. They also stuck to the initial quotation exactly.

The service from Efficient Renewables was outstanding from start to finish. From the beginning, the team were very courteous and knowledgeable taking the time to explain how the heat pump etc worked. Installation was on time and went smoothly. Most importantly, their customer service and follow up was very responsive with the company quickly following up on queries and arranging site visits very promptly to check any issues. I would highly recommend this company, very knowledgeable and dependable.

We've been customers of Efficient Renewables for 5 years now and have never had any complaints. We initially contacted Christy to replace parts and service our existing heat pump. When it got to the point where it was no longer cost-effective to repair it, in March 2022, Efficient Renewables supplied and installed a replacement unit, along with arranging any related plumbing and electrical work, and supporting us through the grant application process.
Christy and his staff are always professional and friendly, and knowing he's only a WhatsApp away when there are minor issues gives us great peace of mind.

Because they are located close to Letterkenny and have showrooms & staff to talk to in person is a major plus and after getting panels on two houses# i can say they are a very good company to deal with.

Five years ago we decided to upgrade our heating and hot water. Like most we faced the choice of who to employ as they all sounded good. Thankfully we made the great choice of Christy and Johnathan in Efficient Renewables. It’s not just the great job they did on our system, it’s that they were there for us after. It not that we had issues, as their product is good, but there’s always a query or your getting something else done etc. They were there at the end of the phone with help and advice. That for me is peace of mind, something you can’t buy. Five years down the road, I couldn’t recommend this company high enough. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My experience with Efficient Renewables in Newtown Cunningham was very positive . Martin was so helpful and explained the process and installation in detail as I asked many questions . I had researched Solar panels in advance but went with this company as they were most professional from the outset . The roofers who came to install the panels were so efficient . EHP Renewables are proving to be a great company to deal with. The process from initial site survey and advice through to installation was carried out to plan and we were kept well informed throughout. We are happy with their after sales care also.
We've been enjoying the benefit of solar power now for almost 3 months and are enjoying the benefit of constant hot water (even during these winter months). Also we have already received a small payment from our energy supplier for our surplus production.
In summary I would recommend EHP to anyone considering getting solar panels installed.

Great Service as usual, I had an issue with my heat pump and the team was quick to come out and get me up and running again. Miguel was an expert in looking at my systam and he tested everything from end to end. Can't recommend enough...
