I don't know why my review has been removed but for new customers it's mandatory for me to write it again

Very bad support i have been since 2 years with them at first the support was good but after it became a nightmare , if you keep trying to contact them they block you through Whatsapp and other platforms . Server keeps going down and the support act very bad . I have lost my server data and they didn't refund me and simply say it can't be backed up . It's cheap but you can lose all your data .

I can supply Trustpilot admins with every screenshot they need .

One word : Avoid

I closely watched the site before buying and read some reviews about it and found here some negative reviews and followed the site's response

Then I decided to buy it and I bought from them

And I found, their price is very excellent and they offer servers from several regions at competitive prices

They have a support service via email and via WhatsApp, and this is a nice thing, contrary to what I read from the negative comments that their service is poor

All in all it was a great experience

The support is great.
The servers are excellent, stable and at an excellent price.
They offer several payment methods.

I was a little afraid because the site is new, not old and not very well known, and I hesitated before buying, so I contacted customer service with all honesty, they were very respectful and their response speed was very high

I tried their lowest plan, and was amazed at the quality of service at such a low price

I have purchased more than 5 servers, the service is very stable, the price is low and the support is great
