The product may be ok, but you will never be able to get a refund if the order isn’t what you like. They’ll send an email kind of dissing you and then never again communicate. I am having to keep a bed skirt that doesn’t quite fit correctly, and despite saying if they’d process a return I’d order another that I’m sure would work, they have gone silent. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Horrible sheets. Not worth more than $20. Cheap cheap cheap. NOT remotely close to 1000 thread count. No response to email on a return until disputed charge with PayPal and then they wanted 10 questions answered about mattress size and photos. Still no resolution. AVOID THIS COMPANY I would not recommend Egyptian Home Linens. The sheets I received were far below the quality I expected and felt cheaply made. The biggest issue, however, was the customer service. Trying to return the product was extremely frustrating. Communication was poor, responses were slow or nonexistent, and the return process was much more difficult than it should have been.
Based on my experience, I won’t be purchasing from this company again. I hope they improve both the quality of their products and the way they treat their customers.
I ordered a sheet set 3 months ago for use in a guest room. Upon arrival, I inspected them thoroughly, and they were perfect. They have been rarely used, and laundered only 3 times.
After today’s wash (the 3rd), I noticed a large span of ruptured fabric. 10"x5" area of deteriorated damage.
This was alarming, because the price I paid (almost $100) should have assured better quality.
I emailed them 10 days ago with an explanation, photo, and requested a reply. Nothing.
I should have believed other online reviews before ordering.
