Better experience
Even tho I purchased the hardlid second hand they were very helpful and had all the spare parts I required and didn’t turn me away like an another previous company did.
I had an Ironman shutter fitted and they refused to sell or assist me with spare parts. So I removed it and got the hardlid.
Was a pleasant experience for my first time there.

I ordered the wrong part and your…
I ordered the wrong part and your instructions for returning said that you would deduct 20 percent for returning item. I paid for return post and you charged approximately 35 percent for the returned item. Also when I rang to order the correct part I was told to go to web sight. I put in my car type and year model but it gave me a different manufacturer and year for the part number. So I rang again. This time the lady told me the correct part number and took my payment.
I think your ordering system has problems.

Terrible after sales service, faulty products
I purchased a canopy from EGR with the expectation that it would last beyond the standard warranty period. Given the significant investment of approximately $4,000, I anticipated that the company would assist with the repair or replacement of any damaged items. Unfortunately, EGR has outright declined to provide any support in this matter. Their only offer was a 20% discount on a replacement canopy, with installation costs falling on me. I strongly advise against engaging with this company, as they have not offered any assistance, even after consumer protection agencies intervened. If it were possible to rate them lower than one star, I would certainly do so.
