Cigars were delivered quickly for an international delivery and in good condition. Well packaged and I couldn’t be happier. Only criticism is the tracking system was not very accurate. Was saying that the cigars were still in Zurich when it had been delivered. Definitely will order more cigars from this site.

They don't do shit to label the tax you already payed in Switzerland and make you still pay 40 Euros to ship. so a 10 Euro Cigar will be more like 25 Euro. They also don't Provide you with a bill so they don't have to pay the tax.

Wow they sent a 10% discount I put 6 cigars in my basket and I noticed they showed a total and it said - $22.46 but what they did after I put the cigars in the cart was take the prices of them to exactly what the price was before the discount. lol so basically before I used my discount was the same after they just bumped the price. Avoid them if they’re shifty like that no doubt they can’t be trusted

EGM cigar does not protect their customers with insurance. $1000 order never delivered RK993280013CH.
No refund no reship. They said if returned I would get a refund. After 18 orders no customer consideration .
They also lied on the shipping manifest- wood house goods. lol. They lost a good customer.
