I have ordered Apple Airpods on 29th of November.
The delivery promised to happen on 6-8 days, but for today i just see the "We apologise for the delay, we are following up your order to get it delivered to you as soon as possible." message every day since 10th of December. I wrote the message to the support on 17 of December, they replied that will let me know when they have more information. As for now, 29th of December, i do not have any response from support, nor my Airpods. Worst customer support, worst delivery time, worst store ever. Highly not recommended.

I have ordered almost two months ago, also I put a insurance on my order the order was a delay then the tracking number stop working. I have been emailing eGlobal almost every day they just keep telling me they will resend my order and give me a new tracking number but I still waiting for my order....... this is very bad I will never buy anything from this site ever again it's not worth it!!!

Order placed 7 weeks ago. Sill did not received the delivery.
Their internal track and trace is useless - updated daily with a generic status "We apologise for the delay, we are following up your order to get it delivered to you as soon as possible."
Customer support is non existing.
Please avoid this shop!

I got a big scare when after making a purchase I read some of the very nagative reviews shouting that its a scam.

However after 3 weeks my parcel arrived in perfect condition.

The tracking system is very unspecific and the replies to my support emails were just repeating what the tracking was telling me.

At the end of it I am very happy with my purcase but I only give three stars due to the delays and unhelpful tracking and suport system. Can you really beat this price though, its great!

I can be brief: this is a pure scam.
Robotized emails, deceiving promises, fake "tracking".
While they claim order has been sent on 2nd December, already more than 3 weeks ago,I found out with the help of Paypal that the carrier (DPD) has never received any goods, only an announcement for shipping.
eGlobal (or rather ARISTA ELECTRONICS COMPANY who created the DPD entry) is a complete scam and fake company, with robotized "customer service" and fraudulent tracking information.
My dispute is being handed by PayPal. I hope they will refund me.
Stay away as far as you can from eGlobal!

Brought a phone from Eglobal more than a month ago now, and still waiting on a refund. They refuse to issue a refund even if you select the insured delivery option, stating they need to wait for it to be returned to them. They don't respond to emails, the whole thing is a scam and there behavior is fraudulent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Ordered Nest Wifi router. Paid 30 euro for express 6 day delivery. 6 days in, they did not even process the order with no update on the progress. Now I need to see if I can even get my money back.

Bought Apple Airpods 2. Best price in NL. On time delivery. Original product.

Before you buy anything from this shop you have to know this. They canceled my order in early of october on 2019 (ipad pro) and its been already 3 months and i haven't got my money back. (first time buying from this shop)

Ordered a few times.
Pro: best prices, far below EU shops.
Con: delivery could be long (even 3 weeks), no real contact with the shop, their trucking is a fake. Products are from out of EU therefore a warranty might be an issue - not all products are world wide covered.

All in all - make sure you check the warranty policy (or accept the risk) and use PayPal.

Found some good prices here, and the service has been reliable. I wish delivery could be faster sometimes. A couple of my orders got held up in Hong Kong, but that was likely due to the current strife and upheavals in that region.

Overall the service has been very good though, and I can recommend eGlobal with relative confidence.

Smartphone delivery was delayed for more than 1 month!

After they admitted that the product was being re routed to their warehouse and we asked for a refund they refused until THEY received the smartphone that was never delivered.

I am getting a good feeling this website is a scam. I ordered some headphones and I did not even get confirmation of delivery or the tracking ID and I ordered it last week.

Shipment was delayed for more than a week, when it arrived, it was different from what was ordered. Not even the colour matched. Never ever again.

It is like a lottery. Sometimes you get your order, sometimes you don't. So use some payment method with chargeback.

When ordered for the first time everything went just fine:

Second order was not delivered:
2019-11-01 I've ordered another garmin watch for myself and have not got it. Contacted them two weeks ago and was told that delay is due to Hon Kong protest. But since last week they just ignore my question about expected delivery date.

I bought a product and it has delayed for more than one month and still haven’t received it...
I paid by bank transfer and I lost my money.

My tracking page shows ‘we apologise for the delay...’ for 20 days and after 30 days of waiting, it stops to update and I have no idea right now.
I think I will start to deposit a claim with police or whatever that I can do.

Don’t buy anything from there. Otherwise you will lose your money

I had ordered Amazfit Sport watch on 12th Nov and till now not received delivery. Tracking status shows "We apologise for the delay, we are following up your order to get it delivered to you as soon as possible.". Delivery status is not changed from the past 9 days.

I had to wait 24 days for the delivery of a smartphone, while during the order they said 6-8 working days.
When I contacted them they gave only generic information.
I am not going to buy anything else from them.

People, don't order from this website. Due to issues in HongKong, packages are vanishing in the air. And the company is doing the least to help answers queries of its customers. They do not have a customer care, the only way to contact them is why email. I ordered a phone on 5th Nov 2019 still not delivered. And for the past 14 days, status is 'We apologize for the delay...'. Also their website has no mention of these issues so for the time being whoever orders on this website is destined for the same fate as me and some other customers!! Better spend some extra money and buy from other trustworthy retailers.
