Product was never delivered even though the company claims to have sent it via bulk transport. Complete bogus messages to customers with a non existent support services employee named Gerda Lannacken. This Chinese company changes the names of the support customer representative based on where the support question derives from. Paypal does not intervene for customer protection so beware. I lost 176,- euro without ever getting my mobole phone I bought for my son's birthday.

My canon m5 a couple years back came over fast and now I ordered a stabilisator.

The bad: Misleading Hong Kong site, trying to look like European. Obviously, no European manufacturer warranty (although everything is explained in small letters if one looks carefully). No respect of deadlines. Fake parcel tracking (!). In general, questionable if not horrible customer service (although I personally did not use it).
The good: Original, brand new electronics in really unbeatable prices. They accept Paypal, so you are covered.
Conclusion: If not in a hurry, do not care about manufacturer warranty, and want important savings, the site is recommended.

Once more I’ll give five starts to EGlobalCetral. This is my second purchase, and I am very satisfied.

The first one was a smartwatch Xiaomi, on December 2019. It took 15 days to receive it (8 working days due to New Year's Day holiday). This second purchase was a smartphone Xiaomi, on August 2020. It took 14 days to receive it (10 working days). In both cases the boxes were in perfect conditions, everything was brand new, it was perfect.

To me, the only weak points with eGlobalCentral is the time it takes to receive the products and their tracking system which is very bad. It takes, at least, two weeks to receive. But, considering their prices, and the fact tha many products are comming from Hong Kong, I don’t mind in wait a few days more. I am always saving 20% of my money buying there. In many cases it makes a big difference.

So, don’t be afraid of buying there if you do so through PayPal. With PayPal, if you don’t get your product you are refunded.

Three weeks ago I ordered a phone with specs that wasn't available on any other website (8GB-256GB and 5G). The price was not a big issue, but I thought it was good value for money.

With that all said, the positivity ends here!

On the site it said that the delivery time was 6-8 days. An estimate of course, but that was ok with me, no rush. I ordered, paid and received an email that my order was being processed. No further messages, so after 8 days I sent an email inquiring about the progress. Standard reply, no specific details and an explanation about their working hours (?). Like I care!

Eventually, they sent me a tracking link, two clicks later I read that my order was ready to be shipped. That was 9 days ago. Ever since, no progress at all... So I sent another email, asking for details/explanation/anything. They replied that it was shipped by bulk mail and would be delivered within a few weeks. Their explanation they gave for the slightly misleading 6-8 days delivery time, was that it is an average. I wanted to reply that given the fact that I was waiting for 21 days, someone else should have received his/her order within -5 (minus five) days in order to get to that average. Felt like an useless effort to discuss the math, so that message was never sent.

The funny thing is that I ordered a screen protector and a case on another site (also in the region of Hong Kong). Those were delivered within days, way ahead of the delivery time they indicated...

So, all I can do is wait and hope for the best. I'm positive it will be delivered. I only hope that when that time comes, my hi-spec phone will not be outdated ;).

Worst case: no delivery and I'm stuck with a screenprotector and phone case with no use. Apply for refund at PayPal and order a new phone, maybe even go to a real store (do they even exist?). Seems like a lot of extra effort, so I choose to be patient!

Consumer advice: patience and don't get fooled by the estimated delivery times. No patience? Order somewhere else!

Advice for eGlobal:

1. Get your act together. I truly don't think there is a sustainable and feasible business case for the way you operate. In this country (the Netherlands) I can order anything I want and get it delivered the next day, and there is also an experiment going for same day delivery. Sometimes I feel like I am the last Mohican that understands the virtue of patience.

2. Otherwise be fair/open/honest about the delivery time. People are much more flexible once given clarity. That would decrease the amount of negative reviews and increase the level of customer satisfaction. Don't be afraid, you have a lot going for yourself: cheap and items nowhere else found.

3. Last (free) advice would be to touch up the website. Let's be honest, we've all seen better websites way back in 2001...

1) Ignorant or fake reviews claiming eGlobal is a scam: They’ve been legit for many years and will ship product
2) Delivery time: About a month
3) Shipping insurance: Take it and also use PayPal
4) Warranty: Don’t even think to send it back
5) 2021: Brexit will prevent tax-free EU import from HongKong, so take your chance now, if you dare!

I decided to make a review because I already purchased quite some items from eglobalnl so I feel that my review is well grounded.

I've purchased: 3 iPads (one of which is a recent one from 2020 11"), an apple pencil 2nd gen., an headphone set from Sony and a mobile phone. Overall and with every single order I made I had to wait way more than the time specified on the website. WAY MORE. You should definitely at least count with 1 month as for delivery time period. It's definitely not 4-8 days as the website promise. That's my only take away actually and that's the reason I reviewed the company with 4 stars. They should be reliable and honest about this delivery period in their website or actually improve this time in some way.

Their deals are amazing and the products and genuine, they came with the original packaging and very well wrapped - I always received my products in perfect condition. The products generally come from china and/or japan and sometimes the charger socket is adapted for that country specifically and the nice thing is that FOR FREE eglobal sends you a EU adapter with your purchase. I find it really cool. Yes, I would rather have the EU charge in the first place but for the amount I save it's worthy anyways.

The products have warranty from eglobalnl but I really can't speak much about it because I never used it. The products worked well since day one until this day. But I do assume it will be again time consuming - have that in mind as well.

In sum, if you don't mind waiting and you love paying less for a product you should just purchase from eglobalnl. If you do mind waiting, pay the extra and have it on the exact same day. But from my experience I can tell you that it's not a scam, you will get your products (at least I got everything that I ordered).

I would not suggest buying from this company. I had an ok experience, where I was updated daily but vaguely. Half way through the delivery I read many negative reviews online and got worried that my package would not arrive. I emailed the company and within a day I would have a response reassuring that my package is on its way. After getting a delay message for 2 days all of a sudden I was greeted by my band new authentic MacBook Pro. Although the communication was a bit dodgy on the company's part I still received my package after 14 days while it said it would take 6-8, later being told there would be an extra 3 day delay. I am pleased with the outcome, but in the future would buy my products in store for a premium price or shop at an accredited website which also has a physical store such as mediamarkt, Amac, BCC, coolblue, or bol.com. If you want to take the risk of getting a delayed package for 100-150 euros less this is a good option for you.

Bought twice at that place... A little bit controversial experience. First time it was somewhat Ok - delivered what I ordered and just a little bit late (3-4 days of delay). Second time delivery took 1 month instead of promised 6-8 working days. Shipment tracking provided by the shop is just a fake: once a day their system generates useless and meaningless pseudo tracking record like "package has left sorting facility", next day - "package has arrived at warehouse", another day - "package has left warehouse" and then all over again. I think at this time actually the cargo ship is just sailing across the Indian ocean, and that's actually it :)
At certain moment the shipment status turned to "We apologize for delay" and it remained like this for 10 days in a row. I tried to contact support twice. First time they responded like "just wait", second time (after 7 days of no status update at all) - they didn't respond at all. Finally the shipment had arrived when I was not at home, and the local delivery service (that was DPD) just left the package with a brand new expensive smartphone on the ground in front of my door!
Also please be aware that eGlobal Central will charge you for 18 euro if you cancel your order after delivery start, or if you decide to return it. So if delivery is late, or shipment is lost somewhere in the universe - you'll have to wait, there will be no other option...

So, if you're looking for a cheap Chinese electronics, you're Ok to wait for a month or more and you're a gambler - eGlobal Central is a good choice. If you're lucky - you'll get what you want, 10% cheaper then in other shops and everything will be fine.
But if something goes wrong - I believe you'll be screwed. I don't think eGlobal cares and will help you too much.

After 1 month of ordering a product, it's yet not received, I've 20 messages of "We apologize for the delay, we are following up your order to get it delivered to you as soon as possible." I contacted the customer service to ask for a refund but they said you need first to receive your order! This site is a scam, they sell stuff they don't have and don't offer a refund.

Horrible. You don't realize they are scam until you have bought the goods and saw the order page. There is no concrete order tracking, no 6 to 8 days (always takes around one month and it has nothing to do with corona). NO useful guarantee, no support. Nothing. Even no charger.

I wonder how come Dutch government lets them use iDEAL!?

I bought a canon lens on this website at a low price. After waiting a few days for information about my shipment, I started reading the comments ... and was terrified that I would not get my money back because it was a scam. After more than two weeks of waiting, I received information that the package had arrived in the Netherlands. In total, I waited almost a month instead of 8 business days. But finally I got my package and I must admit that I was surprised because I got what I ordered (Canon 55-250mm IS STM) new and without any scratches or defects, working perfectly.
But for the stress I have suffered - one star less.
I understand that there is a COVID-19 pandemic and there may also be delays because of this, but after someone pays they could kindly send a separate email with the approximate REAL DELIVERY TIME, for example: "Sorry, but instead of the promised 8 days, you can wait up to 28 for reasons beyond our control "and this would save many people unnecessary stress.

For me it worked perfectly. Ordered a Samsung phone that was almost 200 EUR cheaper. I ordered it true PayPal, with my credit-card and took the insurance that was less then 10 EUR more. So trice the protection. It came today, that was on the 16th day of my order. So it takes a bit longer, maybe due to the covid-19 but the product looked really nice, it was sealed, European outlet and it worked perfectly. I am really happy. Yes you have to be patience when you buy here and always, like every website, pay with credit card or PayPal just to be sure.

Don't trust the positive reviews - this company seems to be a scam.

I have been waiting for a sportswatch to arrive for over a month, even though the delivery time should take 6-8 working days... I have tried emailing the company at least 15 times (including filing an official complaint and ending the purchasing agreement) but they have failed to reply as of yet. Don't do any business with them!

Best prices but the delivery is over a month long. If you can wait that long... Go for it!

The website is super sketchy, the customer service is terrible, but the apple watch arrived, it’s 100% original and was 150€ cheaper than in a store.
These 150€ you pay with your peace of mind for waiting such an expensive item for 1 month without now knowing whatsoever where it is or if it will arrive.
Nevertheless, I would probably use the website again because once the anxiety is over, you get very happy from having made such a deal.

Yes the shipping is slow, but you get a genuine product for nearly half the price sometimes. I bought a Casio G-Shock Mudmaster, and can confirm that it is authentic. It took about 3-4 weeks to get here. If you don't have a rush, and don't need an item asap then this is a perfect place to buy from..

Customer service sends a lot of pre-fabbed e-mail responses, but their tracking updates are really good.. When the package is picked up by a local deliver company, their tracking link will be visible automatically. So that was really great.

I ordered a camera in the 23rd of May. It is now June 16 and the tracking page only says for the last week that there is a problem with delay and they are working to deliver it sabe fast as possible. Honestly, it’s not worth the price. Paying a bit less will make you play a game of Russian roulette. All e-mails that they do reply to are just standard copy/paste.

I ordered Xiaomi Redmi Note 9s on May 3 from the website. I immediately receieved a confirmation email from eGlobal and an email from PayPal with the receipt. On May 4, they sent me an email saying that my order is packaged and will be shipped soon. They sent me another email saying that the order is shipped the next day, on May 5, including a link to a "tracking page". The "tracking page" was updated every 24 hours. You can see a screenshot of the tracking page here: i.imgur.com/ Yr4s3s7.png (delete the space). During that one month of waiting period, I emailed them twice and received a reply in 1-2 days. The package arrived in Amsterdam on June 3 and arrived at my apartment on June 4.

Overall, it was a stresful period waiting for the package, but I am satisfied with the end result. The prices are indeed cheaper than any other options available for the Netherlands. Normally I would rate it 3 stars, cutting 2 stars because they lied in their website about the delivery time and the information on the tracking page seems fake; and adding one star because of cheap prices and responded emails.

I tried to maintain an informative and formal tone in the post implying that I am not trying to provoke any negative/positive attitudes towards this company.

BONUS: try trimming the first and last two digits off of the tracking number provided by eGlobalCentral and search for the resulting number in parcelsapp or a similar web service. You'll likely end up finding traces of your order.
