BAD customer experience!
The email for this review came in just as I completed a review on a really negative home insurance experience. My previous reply was to address the negative experience, just bad timing and assumptions. My experience with egifter was better but the process of receiving the reward was complicated, NOT intuitive, and the instructions were flat wrong. It took a chat to work out the process which was much smoother but clearly the front end of processing the reward needs to be updated and much simpler. The current process is just laziness and lack of fully thinking it through.

It was a terrible experience
It was a terrible experience. It took too ling and then I didn’t realize I had added my “gift” twice and I ended up paying double “gift” and double fees. I hated it and felt duped into using it.
