We now have an air source heat pump, replacing an old central heating system. Theo and Christian the installers worked for hours to make everything work well. Very impressed by their efforts. Ewan worked hard to make the process as smooth as possible. It is not an easy feat, changing from a gas central heating system to an air pump.

After conducting two survey visits to your property — which you are project managing — our team found that several essential elements required for a successful installation were not in place.
As a result, we cancelled your order to allow you time to bring the property up to the appropriate standard and to find a new supplier if needed. Please note that we do not provide project management services for property renovations.
During our visits, we observed that basic construction elements such as flooring, windows, doors, and walls were incomplete or missing. The rebuilding work was of a poor standard, and we even questioned whether the planning office had been informed of the scope of work taking place.
Additionally, the location proposed for the heat pump and cylinder was unsuitable, and the drawings provided did not match the actual conditions on site.
While we made every effort to work with you, the frequent daily calls (often around 20 per day) seeking advice beyond the scope of your order made it difficult to proceed effectively. We are not a building or renovation company — our services are limited to retrofit heat pump installations under suitable property conditions.
To ensure fairness, we even commissioned an independent surveyor at our own cost. Their report confirmed that your property and project were not suitable for installation. Consequently, we decided to cancel your order and issue a full refund, despite already incurring external costs, which we absorbed.
We wish you all the best in completing your renovation and finding a supplier better suited to your project’s current stage.

A first-rate installation completed by quality people
I made the leap into solar and battery and I have to say how impressed I was with Andy and Omar who came to do the installation. It was very straightforward dealing with the office who were incredibly responsive to my daft questions. I'm very pleased with the design & specification of the equipment and the quality of workmanship. Andy must be the most patient installer around as I peppered him with questions, Top Marks. Best of all, 24 hours into the installation on a dark and drizzly day, I have paid next to nothing for electricity imports. Top Job - A happy customer!

Super job, super installation, super value
Had been concerned about appropriate scaffolding for re-roofing, survival of my pre-existing BESS and disposal of my old panels and could not extract a response from Ewan. Otherwise the installation is as Ewan (very knowledgable) promised. Superb scaffolders - Alex of Masters, installation electrician Pavel Caus and panel installer Omar (neat job) . I have recommended my friend and neighbours to go ahead with their Eco GE Solns Solar Together installation.
I omitted to say how efficient Binila, the lynch pin at the office was - always responsive, and the admin team obtained and forwarded to me my DN0 G98 approval and Export MPAN number exactly 7 days from Installation !! Wow
'Another' company, last year took 20+ e-mails/telephone calls and 10 (ten months) to provide these.

- good installation, despite a couple of technical hitches; well supervised team

Good Customer Service
The company kept to the timelines on the inspection, review stages and promptly kept us updated at all stages during that time period which was about 4 months from booking to installation. Closer to the installation, the office was great in arranging it and during the installation on the day, the two engineers did a great job coming promptly in the morning and finishing late afternoon. I have yet to see the benefits from the installation of the solar panels but overall great customer service from the individuals involved in inspection, installation and the office.

Very smooth installation - great overall
Very smooth installation, earlier than promised, but considerable time wasted on the day of install as electricians had to re-survey the property to accommodate the inverter / Battery. Didn't ask for help when they had difficulty connecting to WiFi, which was easily solved by householder. Only slightly less than perfect result, happy to recommend.
