Sharron has been fantastic in supporting me in ordering a number of company awards, throughout the whole process from our initial enquiry (made back in August time), to fitting our design to delivery (November). The trophies are beautiful (both glass and sustainable wood) and fit our corporate brief (and budget!) perfectly. They were delivered perfectly on time and packaged very securely and the whole team have done a fantastic job. Sharron has been in touch with me throughout the whole process and nothing has been too much trouble.

Reached out to EFX from United States to help us track down, order and receive an award product with very little information at the starting point. Our primary contact, Sharron Saunders, helped us identity the product, complete the design and ordering process, and have it shipped in time to support a key corporate event. Even though we never spoke directly, the personal touch and communication for the whole process made it seem like doing business locally. The fact the product was in UK one day and Minnesota USA the next contributes to the feeling this was a "local" transaction - even though we're an ocean and half a continent apart!
