Absolute fraud of a company! I returned an order via fully tracked delivery service via Royal Mail to seller’s address given to me. Proof provided with tracking and receipt. After delivery, seller denies receiving it and TikTok Shop so refused refund and pushed blame to courier. Royal Mail confirms delivery was successful to the address provided so no claim can be made. Unacceptable handling as I am now both out of pocket and without my item. Currently pursuing chargeback and formal complaints to Trading Standards. Avoid this cowboy company, very rogue and unprofessional!

Scam seller, returned item and offered no refund. Avoid!!!

I have returned a router using the label temu provided, but the seller said the package has no content. This is ridiculous and they refused to give any refund let alone a full refund.

Avoid at all cost!!!

Terrible after-sales…

I’ve had a terrible after-sales experience with efones via Debenhams. There has been no direct contact at all, and the email responses have been either extremely late or non-existent. It’s been over three weeks since I returned the phone and I still haven’t received my refund. Thankfully I paid using Klarna, so I’ve stopped future payments and asked them to step in and help.

Based on my experience, I would never shop with efones or Debenhams again. The customer service has been poor, slow, and completely disappointing. I’m still waiting for my refund for a phone that turned out to be faulty, and the lack of communication has made the whole situation incredibly frustrating.

I decided to purchase my router from these guys as my previous purchase of this product was not delivered by a global online retailer. Managed to get a refund. The purchase was easy, you are able to talk to someone, choose who delivers it and the item was also price matched. + The tech support is 1st class. 10 out of 10.

Excellent Service

Good quality product at a great price! I ordered x2 HMD Pulse phones for the children- one blue, one black. I got an email back really quickly saying that there were no blue ones in stock and would black be ok? Two black phones were dispatched on my reply with an email apologising for lack of blue stock and telling me x2 complementary cases had been included! A very good buying experience!

Never buy from this company I have bought Tablet on Temu but I have returned it in the original packaging and the item still sealed after the item was returned to the sealer the refund was declined and the proof he got was pictures for 2 old tablet cases now I have raised my complaint to Temu support team
To solve the problem with this scamming company

Cheating TikTok shop

Cheating TikTok shop, I bought a phone on TikTok shop but I don’t like when open and seeing the phone because it is like a not a faster phone as I realise. There are mostly google apps but not running much the phone own apps, and when I install the third party apps it will getting very slow to running the apps. But their are cheating to refund my money when I returned the phone but still misleading me the return terms and conditions.

So disappointed with this company!

So disappointed with this company. I ordered my phone, delighted when it arrived. Looked the business, so excited. I inserted my Sim card, could not unlock the phone, so I never got passed stage one! I took my phone into my local phone shop and he too could not unlock the phone. We both went on U Tube and followed their instructions up to a point where we could go no further! I returned the phone within the return date. At first Efones said they would accept my return. However, they went back on their word and refused my refund. They asked if I returned the phone in the allotted time, I did, I have proof of postage. So that did not work for them so they came back with (The box was damaged) it certainly was not! So that too did not work for them so they said I broke the seal, I only opened the. SIM card drawer and that was it. What do they mean by seal? Still they refuse to refund me. I am taking this further. Maybe I just happened to be the unlucky one?!
