We have bought for more than 200€ of items and they have screwed us by making us wait for a tracking while stealing other customers in the mean time.

I ordered on 30 june product "harmonie" (yellow roses) with option 2 "bouquet soigné" 68 euros to deliver on 3 july for a person 's favorite color is yellow. They delivered cream and rose color roses with basic confection. Never again.
A very negative experience. The delivery didn't happen even in late afternoon. I had to call their call centre to ask what was going on. Finally after 8pm the delivery happened however the result was even more disappointing. I purchased a bouquet "Bryen" for 54 € (accurate bouquet ...as they say) which should have been a mixed bouquet with pink lilies and little roses whereas the recipient got a small bouquet with just a few tulips (which were not even in the picture).
I definitely unrecommend it!
