I have been using Netflix through eflix for the last two years, and I can confidently say that their service is EXCEPTIONAL. Even though I’m a loyal customer, this review is completely unbiased.
Initially, I was a bit skeptical about purchasing a subscription from them, but after chatting with the owner, Rashed Rabby Bhai, I decided to give it a try—the price was more than reasonable. I received an almost instant response, and within minutes, I was enjoying Netflix without any issues.
What truly stands out is the level of customer care. Rashed Bhai and I chatted while I was living in Denmark, and he was always quick to respond and supportive. After I moved to Portugal, we finally met in person when he toured here. He’s an incredibly genuine, friendly person with a clear vision for digital services, which I truly admire.
Over time, I transitioned from being just a customer to becoming a friend. eflix is not only professional but also trustworthy. They really know how to take care of their customers, ensuring every need is met with care and efficiency.
