Disappointing recruitment platform - never again

This was a tremendously disappointing experience. As an international recruiter, I would never recommend eFinancialCareers to anyone.

The cost was extremely high...$795. First, they were delayed in posting our job. It took three days to get up. They refused to credit us anything, even though our post was time sensitive.

Then very basic features were impossible to change. For instance, we just wanted to have a click through to our application portal. Instead, applicants were forced to register on their site and upload a resume first into their system. But that's not our workflow. That totally slowed things down.

Finally, the customer service was poor and the responses were essentially stonewalls to our requests for adjustment.

Never again!

* Centralised Applications: All applications are accessible within eFinancialCareers, even if a candidate drops off at the offsite application flow or within your ATS
* Improved Candidate Tracking: This method allows you to track candidate progress and manage it directly on eFinancialCareers

I had a chat with a recruiter from Evelyn's partner and it was eventful. I had earlier applied for a graduate role with Evelyn's partner and when I told the recruiter about it, she immediately proceeded to review my online application and I was invited to the next stage of the application process and not just that, she also went further to share some resources with me for my preparation.
