Worst app ever

Worst app ever. When you cancelyour subscriptions, they stillcharge you and blame it on: this one subscription was not cancelled yet, blablabla. Eventhough you got confirmation, that it it was all cancelled. They steal money

Great customer service

I requested a refund simply because I was not using the app. I sent an email and within minutes Nora responded and took care of my request and followed up with an email. The only suggestion I had was to send an email before a charge was made to give the subscriber a heads up.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam! Signed up for 1 month only to try. Even checked there was no hidden subscription i was signing up for. Didn’t find the app at all helpful so stopped using. Lo and behold a month later another amount was taken out of my account which was double what id paid initially. Contacted customer services and was basically told tough! We have your money and you’re not getting it back! Absolutely disgusting!

I signed up to an initial trial for £15…

I signed up to an initial trial for £15 and then heard nothing more, only to be informed that £79.11 had been taken from my Paypal account - without my ever having been asked to sign up. This is devious, underhand behaviour on behalf of a company that claims to be improving people's health. I recommend that no one ever goes near it.
