We started using EBM over a year ago now for our school governing board meetings. I can honestly say I was amazed and impressed by the level of proffessionalism and effectivity. School governor meetings were new to Steve, and his learning curve of the content was huge, however his efficiency at doing his job came through above anything else. Since using EBM our minutes and meetings are now succinct, useful and incredibly productive.
On top of this I would like to add how personable and friendly Steve is - what a great sense of humour he has and a fantastic level of patience and understanding when dealing with a sometimes inefficient, disorganised and forgetful chair!
Would defintely recommend EBM to any committee or business.

Recently our purchased HPe Server failed with a HDD fault, 6 days later HPe support are still working out what to do, whilst EBM have already stepped in, ordered a drive and shipping it direct to me, no questions, that is dedicated customer service in a critical situation! Keep up the good work "team EBM"
I have worked with EBM over 2 years (the term of my directorship) and they have always gone above and beyond. Even when I messed up and missed something and had to get something done in a hurry there were always there to help. They are friendly and helpful and I have really enjoyed working with them. Between them they have a wide knowledge of office admin and always seemed to have answers to my queriers and if not they found them and got back to me momentarily. Over the 2 years I feel we built more than just a working relationship and I was sad to say good bye.
Working with the team at Effectivebm was a real pleasure - they are super-helpful, responsive, easy to work with and ready to support and answer any questions - however silly they seemed!
