This is my first time ordering from efeglasses.com. I placed my order on 9/15/25 and received them on 9/27/25. I order 2 pairs both with high index 1.74 lenses because I’m myopic with astigmatism. My glasses prescription for both pairs are on point. Excellent quality and durable. Thank you.

🚫 Terrible Experience – Misleading Website & Poor Customer Service 🚫

I ordered glasses from EFEGLASSES.COM, and I am extremely disappointed. The product I received was nothing like what was advertised. The frame was much smaller than the pictures suggested, uncomfortable to wear, and left marks on my nose. The photos on their website create an illusion of a larger frame, which is misleading.

When I contacted customer service, they refused to take responsibility. Instead of offering a proper solution, they tried to give me only a partial refund and told me I had to pay for the return shipping. They also claimed most of the cost was “non-refundable” because the lenses were “custom made.” This is completely unfair, especially since the product was not as described.

A reputable eyewear company would either send a replacement or provide a full refund with a prepaid return label. Instead, this company hides behind tricky policies that protect them but leave the customer stuck with an unusable product.

I would never recommend EFEGLASSES.COM. Save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere that values honesty, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Total horrible site, ordered 2 glasses from 2 diffent sites one was efe and has received the other pair 17 days ago, tracking says its been in tracking for 13 days with horrible updates, WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THE AWFUL WEBITE!!!

Complete and utter scam. Trust the reviews. Unequivocally a fraudulent “company”. They also don’t provide legitimate tracking info on orders allegedly shipped.

pay more for faster delivery i did we are now four weeks later package went back and forward between lots of usps offices not very efficient

Glasses where exactly as described online. They fit well and have a nice feel to them. Only reason im giving 4 stars is because the tracking information was strange/delayed

Shipped from China on May 11. No shipping update since May 25. Today is June 9. They answer about 1 of every 4 emails. I'm trying so far unsucessfully to get them to credit mme.

Received notification 20 days ago that my glasses had shipped. Followed up a week later as delivery was supposed to be 7-15 days. The glasses sat in Chicago for 10 days and then went to Atlanta. They are supposed to be in Ohio!!. How long they will be in Atlanta is anyone’s guess. I have ordered previously from Zenni and their service was excellent. Will never buy from EFE again. Pretty sure they weee shipped from China. Terrible experience and that’s before I get the glasses(assuming I ever do)

I ordered my glasses on April 17, 2025. I received an email on April 21, 2025 that my glasses had been shipped. On May 6, 2025, I sent an email asking for an update. I received a response within a day saying "your glasses are currently in transit." I reached out 7 times via email asking very specific questions. They always responded in a timely fashion, albeit with extremely vague answers.
My glasses arrived yesterday, May 14, 2025. They were shipped on April 21, 2025, from who knows where. That's 17 business days! The return address is Massapequa, NY. None of this transaction has made any sense whatsoever.
The glasses case arrived shattered. Although the sunglasses are fine, I will NEVER order from this company again as the entire process is VERY sketchy.

Disrespectful customer service agents calling customers derogatory names. I have never seen anything like it. It's beside me the lack of respect for customers!

My experience with this company has been highly stressful.

They can't give you an acceptable time frame for delivery, they also knowingly call customers derogatory names.

I regret not trusting people's personal accounts of a nightmarish experience with this company on Reddit.

Worst decision you can ever make using this company. I made an order screwed up and paid directly as opposed to afterpay. Immediately requested to cancel it once I received notice they address that went through on their sight didn't come in as valid. I wrote them on a Saturday and was unable to get a response until Wednesday. I was told to cancel would require a 10% payment and they couldn't refund back to my card. When. I told them I wasn't paying anymore money they said they had already canceled the order. So now your saying you can't pay me back my money and you can't send me the order. And im lucky if I get a written email once a day. This isn't a business it's a scam please stay away!

Bought E08617C (Jeff) wide frame with clear 1.56 progressive lenses from EFE Glasses. Using it daily on daily basis and very pleased with this purchase. Will buy from them again.

I had a very disappointing experience with EFE Glasses. I ordered a pair of eyeglasses, but the frames were too small and uncomfortable. When I reached out to their customer service, they initially offered a replacement, which I appreciated. However, when I requested a larger frame to ensure a better fit, they refused and insisted on sending the same product again.

To make matters worse, they offered me a $5 discount coupon instead of addressing the issue properly. I requested either a larger frame or a refund, but neither option was provided.

This level of customer service is unacceptable. I expected more flexibility and understanding from a company that sells eyewear, where fit and comfort are crucial. I won’t be purchasing from EFE Glasses again, and I cannot recommend them to others.
