I’ve been here 3 times and they’ve treated me with great kindness and respect. It’s a great place to give your exams. Quiet and calm. Also it’s a 5 minute walk from Fairview heights metro station. Highly recommend for anyone looking to take tests at a quiet and calm environment!

Staff is always very courteous and helpful. Everything is efficiently done and not rushed. Directions are clear and concise. Prompt help when needed. Love this place and the staff.

I had a great testing experience. Joule is extremely friendly. They take their time to explain your exam’s rules which can be complicated sometimes depending on the test. Staff is patient and kind. The facility is small but very clean. The only negative is parking but that can’t be helped because of the area they are servicing. The good news is they are only 2 blocks from the K line. I would definitely test here again.

Amazing testing center! The owner Joule was so friendly and informative about the testing process! He made my test for law enforcement extremely easy and he answered any questions I had. If you need to take a test for law enforcement, this is the place to take it.

The main guy at the testing center is super helpful. He is attentive, and has an organized system flowing at this testing center. His assistant is also great, she is kind, helpful, and overall, great staff

Great testing center and experience. The facility and testing room were clean, quite, and overall provided a great location of testing. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful before and after the test. I 100% recommend this testing center and will return for future tests.

The service was awesome from the man that was up in the front. He explained all the expectations and rules throughly. However, the lady has a total different approach than him.

Joule was communicative, personable, and helpful. My exam was originally scheduled for 2pm and I received a text to inform me that I could arrive and take the exam earlier. I did so and was kindly walked through the testing process and the rules of the exam center. Overall I had no issues or objections and would use the testing center again in the future.
