No contact
I was trying to get in touch with EES regarding my solar panels. Tried several times different ways of contact, no answer. Really disappointed. They are only nice when want to sell their products and then totally ignore you. Would not use them again and I do not recommend them at all...
Bad Unreliable Company
Sadly this company fitted our biomass boiler. What a mistake. It has been one lie anger another. They even left us without any heating or hot water in the coldest spell.
They fitted the wrong type of buffer tank, failed to support the flue properly to the boiler until threatened. Refused to speak to us. We finally went through the HEES Scheme to get any thing done.
We have had to repeatedly request for the boiler to be serviced and when a problem arose they couldn't, even fix it and the manufactures had to come over from Ireland to do so. Even trading standards couldn't believe that one.
All the staff are leaving the company and now only have one person to do the Bio mass servicing and repairs!!
To add insult to injury all letters sent to the company via signed for delivery have been ignored and guess what the person dealing with the complaints has left the company.
What a disgrace.
