The window fitters we fantastic! Darren, Simon and Cameron. They were very professional and fitted the windows with great speed and efficiency. Very friendly chaps.

Either it is incompetence or blatant misleading. A key concern I had was increasing the amount of light coming through the door. The door was made in Germany and was of excellent technology. Both the salesman and surveyor indicated I would get 70cm of window width, double checked with them both. Installation of a generic PVC door made in Norwich with a width of only 60cm, smaller than the previous door, which over the length of the window is 1.24m2 loss of light.

So I wouldn't buy again because they don't listen. You won't know what you are really getting. Salesman didn't have any photos or guidance to show the stock standard item.

Of course, according to the terms and conditions, they could deliver a Sheep, and I wouldn't have a claim.

I'm super disappointed; the back office apologised. I have to live with it. Experience is not worth the money.

The Team, Darren, Simon and Cameren, arrived promptly and worked solidly from 8am this morning to replace our windows. They worked efficiently and cleared up beautifully until it was dark. We would highly recommend them if you decide to have your windows replaced.

Having battled with old windows that leaked, broken handles, openers that fell off the hinges and steamed up glass, EE Glazing were working in the area and we allowed them to give a quote. Jack came and explained everything to us, demonstrated the windows and gave us a price that we were happy with. I explained once I had a quote I wasn’t going to be pushed into making a hasty decision, which was respected!
Surveyor came around, apologies I don’t remember his name but he explained what the job entailed and said it would be done in a day.
Darren, Simon, Cameron and Lewis came to do the fitting. They arrived promptly, were lovely to deal with and were respectful of our property, using dust sheets and tidying up.
Very happy with the finished result (9 windows and a patio door). Having used a local installer before who let me down with post sales issues, we decided to go for a bigger company this time. Time will tell on the product but very happy with service to date.

Had a bay window fitted. The glaziers worked so hard, so professional. They made tge window water tight as they had to return for another day, they hoovered and cleaned behind them. The window looks amazing! Will use them again if I need to. Thank you for a brilliant service.

constant spam with phone calls, will not take no for a answer, ive asked to be taken off the contact list 6 times but still get pushy salespeople calling me weekly, considering a gdpr request to be forgotten.

Had 2 doors and 2 windows fitted by Barry and his team. The work was done extremely well and the area was left tidy after the works had been completed. The products themselves are high quality and we love our products.
We had one issue with our experience but this was rectified quickly without any aggro. What had occured was an admin error with the order and, as a result, we received the wrong coloured front door. When we informed them of the issue they offered to replace the door but, in our situation, we received a refund and kept the door due to the fact that we, fortunately, liked the colour of the door we received.

Would certainly recommend and we have further works being carried out by the company later next year.

The glaziers were very experienced with 20 years experience and worked through their lunch hour to ensure they finished in one day. They were organised with each of the four tradesmen working in tandem.Darren was extremely helpful in sorting out for me who to contact to discuss two major problems with head office.The others in group were Simon,Cameron and Harvey.

Very happy with our little Porch extension, everyone throughout each stage, from the salesman to the office staff, door fitter and the builders were really friendly and helpful.
The product (doors and windows) are great quality.
The builders Tom, and Joe, were absolutely awesome, they matched the bricks perfectly, did a fantastic job on the inside and outside, the final result is perfect. They were really friendly and tidy, leaving everything clean and tidy between visits. They were happy to answer any questions and discuss what was going on at all times.
We would definitely recommend ee glazing, the fitter and the builders.
We will definitely use this company again when needing new windows/doors and we will be requesting Joe, and Tom, if we need building work.

Only bit of feed back is make sure the salesman/person, knows a bit more about time lines for the work to be completed. Not too much of an issue for us, as we expected the work to take longer than a week!! But some people may need a more accurate time scale to make plans.

An overall great service from the company from start to finish. Our first contact was Ethan who came out to "sell" us their windows. Lucky for EE glazing, he wasn't pushy, and did a great job of laying out the facts and describing the process. He really was great and at no point did we feel pressured to do anything, a real credit to the team. Next the surveyor came out and measured up. Very polite, very respectful, and even gave us some of his own advice on which hardware would work well with our house and choices. He booked us in for an install 3 weeks later, as we asked for it to be done ASAP. Installers arrived bright an early, and completed the front, back, and side windows in a little over half a day. These guys are quick, no doubt about that. Finally, the after care. We needed a slight adjustment on the front door, and a handle that was fitted upside down. We didn't notice these until after the installers had left. A call to EE glazing had an engineer out to us within a week to solve these two issues. No fuss, just got the work done.

We expect to use them again next year to knock out a downstairs window and replace with French doors. Ethan was out right away to price this up, and our quote will last just under a year. Top service!

We had our house fitted with EE glazing the fitters were Darren,Simon,Cameron and Tony They did an excellent job very professional The finish was absolutely perfect I would happily recommend then they also cleaned everything up afterwards and they were really friendly. I had 6 windows replaced with tilt and turn in a small cottage this week on Tuesday.
The fitters,Ryan and Niall were 5*!
They arrived in awful weather and cracked on immediately, working v efficiently as a team.
Professional and precise, and clearly enjoying their work.
They completed the entire job within 5 hours, not even stopping for a break.
I was v impressed by their skill and attention to detail; and they cleaned up every last speck when they had completed.
Ryan & Niall were polite, friendly, and respectful to my property, a real asset to your company.
I am delighted with the result, and already appreciate the difference in having extra light, and improved heat and sound insulation.
I have removed a star alas…nothing to do with the fitters… I had specified on the contract that the dining room window should be fitted with an ex large cat flap as I have 5 big cats. Unfortunately they are too wide for the standard flap fitted! 🦁🐷; so unable to freely access their outdoor catio as planned 😿
So I really hope that EE Glazing can resolve this issue as it was a key factor in my decision to have downstairs windows replaced.
Apart from that, I would reccomend this company, especially for the professional skill and attitude of the fitters.

Sales pitch was a joke memorised out of a manual, and overstayed his welcome. An appt that was supposed to be 30 mins, he was there for 80 mins. Despite me wanting to cut the crap and want the actual price, he insisted on the “theatre” of getting from 19k for 7 windows, three calls to his “boss” went down to £6,400. Joke. Just a bit of straight honesty.

From the first sales appointment to the windows being fitted we couldn’t have had an easier time.
We needed our windows doing for years and was always “we’ll do it someday” luckily a random knock on the door made that day the day!
That evening we had the sales guy Ethan round who was really friendly, extremely knowledgable and couldn’t do enough to ensure we got what we wanted and not what he wanted to sell (extremely rare I know). Within a week the survey was done and a date 3 weeks ahead was in the calendar to have them fitted. Fitting the windows seemed like a breeze for the 2 chaps that turned up though through no fault of their own they arrived a little later than planned due to van issues, they still managed to fit the 4 new windows and a door within the afternoon so we could enjoy the fireworks that evening! Windows and door are amazing and it’s made us change our mind about getting the rest of the house done and 2 days after the first fitting we got Ethan back designing the rest of them! Remainder of the house now booked in for 3 weeks time! Absolutely amazing company and cannot recommend them highly enough! No pushy sales tactic just friendly advice on what might be best for us! Can’t wait for the remainder of the house to be sorted ready for the new year!!

Had 2 double glazed windows fitted. Tom the fitter arrived punctually & was very professional with his work and was friendly. He kept me fully informed as to what was happening and the finished work was excellent. House was left tidy.

He made a visit to my home and asked if l would be interested in new safer windows.He was very knowledgeable what he had to say,and made it very understandable to me!
I made a date for having my first fitted window, which was a priority and my front bedroom! It was measured and l made a date when it would be delivered and fitted! I am very pleased with the window ! I now had the rest of the windows now measured up which will be fitted in the future months
