Lewis was lovely but the whole process was painful to say the least.
I renewed my broadband and changed my phone to SIM only and it took one hour and 15 minutes!!
I’m sure this process could be better and I didn’t even achieve the savings I wanted.

Just chatting with someone with all the i fo was good and my wife who is hard of hearing appreciated the talk which was clear to her rather than with a foreign accent which she usually cannot understand and thus we could agree certain terms from yourselves.

I rang after getting an email saying my contract was coming to an end.
I spent 45 mins talking and arranging a new contract, the gear never arrived and when I rang back there was no record of the call or any agreement, even though I had signed a contract . I then spent another hour doing it all again but they said the offer I hadn’t didn’t exist. I went online and found it and saved myself about £10 a month.
Really hard work and delays for what should be business as usual

Great service with resolution to ongoing problems which we find difficult to deal with ourselves . Hoping the change of system will prove more stable reception for wi fi , appreciate kind approach from both as we are older customers not actually techy !!!! My existing broadband provider, Plusnet, have informed me that when I switch to to EE I will be charged for the remainder of my contract which expires on 9 Aug 2026. When I phoned Plusnet to discuss changing my contract, having been notified by Plusnet that my current deal would be ending shortly, I thought I was speaking to a Plusnet representative and being given best advice. If so, why wasn't it pointed out that I would be charged for the remainder of Plusnet contract?
