Very good. However, if I had a slicer I would have ordered the slab.

I've been buying these bacon packs for over 20 yrs now, probably closer to 30 and the quality hasn't changed at all. I buy these for the holidays and other special occasions.

Amazing as always from this smokehouse. It's a little pricey, but well worth it.

For those who prefer a thicker more smokey bacon, this is the choice for you. Does not shrink much in cooking and always does not last long after cooking. Have not been able to find a comparable alternative locally.

It is hard to find truly thick bacon and although this bacon is very expensive, we have it when we have company.
