The smokehouse sampler was very good sausage was excellent 5 star, the bacon okay smokey favor but too thick for my taste. I suggest half as thick and I really would love the option of all there bacon at custom slicing like the ole days when I visited the butcher/deli man. Since I was a butcher at 16 -25 years this can be offered. I have been buying country ham steaks for the past 15+- years from Edwards before the burn please a bit more salty and improve the most basic red eye gravy. Email me if anyone really reads this!
