Was expecting a salty country ham, it wasn’t that. Not bad, just not as expected

Thank you for your 5 star review Wayne! We are delighted that you found the quality of the country ham to be great!
Sliced half for ham sandwiches and smoked the other half low and slow to make pulled ham. The pulled ham was great for sandwiches and works well in all kinds of breakfast dishes. It is a great variation of the classic pulled pork.

It is a good quality ham but it was not nearly as salty as a good tasty country ham.

The ham was great. It had been years since we had experienced what my mother always called "old" ham, which meant it was cured and aged. My kids and grandkids also enjoyed it.

Thank you Bob for leaving us a 5 star review! We are delighted to hear that you and your family were satisfied with your purchase!
The ham had very little country flavor or taste almost like spiral ham? We are serving oyster stew and home made ham biscuits as appetizers on Christmas and I had to go buy a couple country ham slices! I have tried your wigwam but it has the flavor but to dry, sorry! Merry Christmas! I ordered 3 of your hams in the past 30 days!

This ham had very little flavor. I will stick to the petite hams from now on.

This was the best ham I've had in years--moist, great flavor, just enough fat, and a terrific value.

Having bought Edwards hams many times , this one was not as good as usual .. Seemed to be less salty and had less flavor than usual . It was good but just not nearly as good as the previous ones .
